Since 2005, the Yellow Jackets have had 6, 6, 7, 5, 6, 3, 7, 6, 4, 6, 5, 4, 7, 9, 8 and 5 white starters. Ga Tech projects to start 4 in 2021. A true model of the new caste system - only TE and interior OL.

Ga Tech has always been a de facto SEC school looking back at the numbers. They start an even more retarded looking version of Lamar Jackson at QB. All of their quarterback are black quarterbacks. The head coach is a cuck. Avoid this team and openly root against them.

Georgia Tech has a rich football history that is also far off in the rearview mirror. They claim four national championships (1917, 1928, 1952, and 1990) and employed legendary coaches John Heisman and Bobby Dowd.

Dowd withdrew Tech from the SEC in 1964, an incredible power move by a coach. He cited concerns over SEC over-recruitment (oversigning classes and then cutting players after their deadline to enroll elsewhere) and also perceived lack of player discipline, both which now seem prescient. However, his retirement in 1966 left the school in a pickle, as his successor Bud Carson wasn't any good. Carson tried to compensate by signing the school's first black scholarship player and also named the first black quarterback of any school in the southeast (Eddie McAshan). His career is also defined by being the first Georgia Tech football coach to be fired.

The woke identity seemed to stick with the school, as they took pride in their leading role of integration while maintaining an aloof air over their SEC neighbors. Fast-forward to present: the school has perhaps the highest academic profile of any southeastern university, especially in math and science fields. Yet, their athletic programs are average at best and do not hint at any differentiation in student body. The shared 1990 title props up the university's unrealistic vision for the football program. (This reminds me of Michigan, frankly) They keep an attitude of scholastic superiority while running the SEC-lite business model, which also applies to their basketball program.

I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment of openly rooting against this team. The school's football program is featured in Tom Wolfe's excellent 1998 novel Man In Full with all the brutal racial honesty you'd expect from the author.
