Looking at the write up from last year, LF said there was a history of 10,9,9,8,7,9,8,8,8,7,6,7,6,5 and 6 whites that started from 2006.....I tallied up six again this year. The whole nation has turned eyes and teeth. MAC teams were once pale friendly, most aren’t anymore.
Here’s what I have found.
Offense:
Brycen Yarmo TE
Ryan Beckman LG
Bryce Petersen C
Owen Murphy RT
Defense:
Brandon Bischof LB
Bubba Arslanian LB
Zach Gibson is a second string qb. After being listed as a starter on last years list, it seems he lost his job to a transfer quota. Shawn Naim is a second string WR. Tristian Brank is a TE on the two deep. Most of the OL second string looks like they’ll end up graduating and being capable of completing rational, coherent sentences. On D, I noticed two second stringers, Ryan McClain and Logan Hawkins. Both defensive lineman.....Brandon Bischof has a younger brother that will climb ranks for sure......Cole Gest is either A. Off the team (6th year guy) or B. Buried on the depth chart.
Hopefully he’ll surface this year and get a few hundred yards.
