I did a quick rundown of the rosters for all NBA teams just to see what they looked like. @white lightning Please let me know if I missed anyone!

Overall, pathetically little "diversity" in the modern NBA. The whitest team is probably the defending champ Milwaukee Bucks, who should have five white contributors in their ten-man rotation when Donte DiVincenzo and Brook Lopez return from injury. As mentioned earlier, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Cleveland, Miami, and Dallas all have intriguing cores. Thanks. Your list looks great. The San Antonio Spurs could have 6 of our guys if they would play a deeper bench or some of the guys move up higher. I haven't
seen Joe Weiskamp even play yet. That makes me so angry as he is yet another athletic freak that can also shoot the lights out. He could easily win the
NBA Dunk Contest. He should try to enter if the NBA will allow him to compete?

The Miami Heat won tonight but continue to play anyone at the starting point guard other than Tyler Herro. Yet him coming off the bench and
not getting as many minutes he still had 9 assists tonight. He is a clear all star talent being ignored by the idiotic coach. Sorry but it pisses me off. They
tried all summer to trade him but were way too greedy and turned down some potential offers. Why don't they want to embrace a 21 years old stud who
can be an all star player for the next decade? I hope at some point they change their views and put him in the starting lineup and suport the kid!

Not to nitpick, but Cleveland is even better as Dylan Windler was missed. Sadly, he would also fall under reserves but it’s good they have all the depth. An injury here or there and Cleveland could be really interesting….

Also, the Bulls have sharpshooter Matt Thomas on the roster.
Grizzlies have French big man Killian Tillie.
NY has a 2nd Luca: PG Luca Vildoza (who I’d never heard of before now).
Orlando has center Jon Teske.

Edit to add: BSPN is my source so blame them if any of this is incorrect.

Edited to add Thomas, Tillie, and Windler. Teske was waived by the Magic after the preseason and is still listed on their G League affiliate roster. Maybe he'll pop up during the season. Vildoza is a weird story; he signed a non-guaranteed 4 yr/$13 million deal right before the postseason last year. The Knicks waived him last week - citing an ankle injury, an allegedly poor preseason, and preference for younger players - to completely void the offer. I've never heard of a contract like that before: surely some accounting trickery in play regarding the salary cap and luxury tax thresholds. New York added Kemba Walker over the summer, which pushed everyone down a peg on the PG depth chart, but it's unclear if they ever intended to keep Vildoza.

Keep the nitpicks coming! The rotations will shift and shake out over the course of the season. Kind of sad that it's so easy to keep a running tally of every single white player in the league.

I'm especially interested to see what Iggy Brazdeikis can do for the Magic. He was the top G League player for two years for the racist Knicks, who didn't even use their 10-day contracts on him. He's a big, strong wing who can drive, but is neither an elite shooter nor "quick." I can't assess his defense without getting into the comical white player description tropes. But it would be nice if he could carve out a role, especially as it would prove the Knicks' talent evaluations wrong yet again. Brazdeikis isn't really "young" anymore, so the next few months on a poor Magic team are probably his last shot at the league.

Wow, thanks for all that. You are definitely more well versed with everything NBA related.

I remember Iggy that year that he lead Michigan deep into the NCAA tournament. He was unstoppable! Nice to know he dominated the G League too. With that type of resume, he should be a solid rotational player at minimum. I see Orlando using him but not really enough minutes for him to really shine.

Orlando Magic

Franz Wagner 15 points, 1 assist, 1 rebound, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.

Charlotte Hornets

Gordan Hayward 24 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals & 1 blocked shot!
Miles Plumlee 14 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists. 1 steal & 1 blocked shot.

If Teske gets called up to join Iggy and the Wagner brothers, the Magic would have four white former Michigan Wolverines! They might as well look up Nik Stauskas, Mitch McGary, and Spike Albrecht at that point to complete the theme.

Great win for the Thunder against the Lakers last night featuring Giddey's first double-double. It looked like Austin Reaves got his second straight game for LA with 15+ minutes - glad to see he is forcing the issue after going undrafted.

I was looking at the box score this morning for the Dallas vs Denver game. It looks like the Mavs have the exact same roster as last year. No help for “Psycho Luka”? They should have signed Markanen.

They did nothing to help their team and Porzingis can never stay healthy for more than a month at a time. Such a shame as he could be a legendary super star. Bad luck. Maybe
they will try to make a trade at some point this season. I would have liked for Markannen or even Hero to end up there. Luka is on an island by himself.

Grayson Allen is averaging nearly 14 pets per game for Milwaukee. I’ve always liked his game - he doesn’t back down from anyone. I think he is a good fit in Milwaukee.

Heat v Mavericks on TNT tonight. Porzingis is out. Dallas has done nothing to help Luka. Their starting lineup tonight: Luka, Dwight Powell, Dorian Finney-Smith, Jalen Brunson, and Tim Hardaway, Jr.
Pathetic.

Agreed. Absolutely no added firepower, WTF was Dallas doing this off-season?!

I have this game on now. Third quarter, I’m a little behind...
Luka needs help, agreed. Porzingas needs to stay healthy.
How do basketball players get injured all of the time?

The Dallas Mavs are playing for the 2nd day in a row against the Spurs.

In the 1st quarter Doncic already has 10 pts, 4 reb, 4 assists and 2 steals. Wow is that an amazing start. I feel a triple double coming easy tonight! It
will only matter with a win as the Mavs have been up and down with Porzingis hurt again.

The Mavs won by 1 point over the Spurs but they didn't really play well. Even Luka Doncic does not look himself all season so far. It's early but they
need Porzingis back and hopefully Doncic will come out of his shooting slump. Despite this he had an good night but bad shooting percentage.

Luka Doncic 23 points, 12 rebounds 7 assists and 3 steals.

A very tough, clutch game winner by Doncic vs. the Celtics.

In the same game K. Porzingis finally returned from an injury and he had 21 points and 7 rebounds in his first game back.

For the Miami Heat Tyler Herro poured in 29 points off the bench in another Heat win. He is in all star form but he will never
start in Miami unless of an injury. That's why they tried to trade him and also went out and got K. Lowry to be their star point guard.

This is what he did in high school and college. He could do it every night with the right opportunity. Hope the Bucks is finally the team that
believes in Grayson Allen. The kid has a 42 inch vertical, is a good defender and passer. He can also shoot the lights out and a very nice
dribbler. What's not to like? If Allen and Connaughton were to start every night the Bucks would be a must watch. An interesting thought.
Allen and Connaughton could both be in the NBA Dunk Contest with a chance to win it. How many teams have two white guys that are
both at the top of the athletic testing charts. These guys can both jump out of the gym! :)

Love watching Allen, all the way back to his Duke days. He is such a competitor and doesn’t back down from anyone.

As a Wisconsinite, I’m proud he seems to be getting a real opportunity with Milwaukee.
