What a great article. It made my day that he still has a chance to live out his dream. This kid deserves to make the practice squad at the very least. Hungry as can be and will do anything to win!

I enjoyed reading it as well and I wish him the best. However it’s infuriating to see a guy with 4.38 speed and no DI team was willing to have him. For arguments sake, I’ll assume he wasn’t a great student but we know damn well that a black in a similar situation would have been given every accommodation at multiple top programs. The Caste System filters out plenty of White athletes with similar speed and a 4.0 GPA so it’s really easy to railroad a guy like this. Whites have to be nearly perfect athletically and academically, while ideally having some former pro athlete connection, and then maybe they’ll get a shot......(preaching to the choir)

Cute article but this dude is not white. He is mixed. Just want to set the record straight. That leaves me out but others here are free to look at it as they wish of course.

I was thinking he looked like he was Mulatto, but some Southern Euros look like that, but his first last name is Sheey which is Irish as far as I know and I doubt if he was Irish and Italian he would look like that. Anyway I have nothing against him as his work ethic/desperation is higher than most UDFA's and higher than most top draft picks.

Yeah he’s not a white guy but great story regardless, I wish him the best unless that means taking the spot of one of our guys! Hard to dislike a guy with that kind of determination.

This is such a sad situation. In my honest opinion, AJO is better than half the running backs in the nfl even without ever stepping on the field. If he had more of a tan he would have been drafted
mid rounds or higher and been making a boat load of money right now. Keep fighting AJO. Someone will take a chance on you eventually and that team will win the RB Lottery!

I'm not hating on the man but I don't think Alec Ingold is white, he's had small cameo appearances on Hard Knocks and he looks mixed race to me. Maybe it's a farmer's tan but with his wavy hair and "weird" facial features, he doesn't come off as White to me.

PS, Chucky sounds like your average dock hand as every third word is an f bomb or another swear word and at one point he even mutters to himself he needs to dial down the swearing.....

Based off that IG account Ingold is unquestionably white. This is one of the weirder mixed questionable players Ive seen on here. It would be like saying CMAC is mixed.

Yes it could be the case as the name is Germanic but he doesn't look German at all. I will erase my previous post, I wasn't alarmed at all but just keeping the site informed.
