Besides caste system where whites aren't developed and recruited like blacks are which is not a problem in Europe, there's also the factor that there's a larger player base in blacks that devote themselves exclusively to basketball. They go to college reading at a 5th grade level, but they put in 10 hours a day playing basketball from childhood because they think sport is their ticket out of the ghetto. One of the reasons Tyler Herro is so skilled and will be able to easily increase skill is because he was similarly devoted to basketball, Nico Manion is the same way. Larry Bird, Chris Mullins, Pistol Pete were the same. It's like South Koreans and video games, the Korean players spend 12 hours every single day doing the same tactic and play style, American and European players spend a lot less time and a lot of that is playing different strategies and playing styles just having fun.
