Since 2007 Auburn has started 4, 6, 5, 4, 6, 6, 5, 2, 4, and 7 whites. In 2018 the Tigers lead by HC Gus Malzahn, will see a slight drop 6 white starters.
QB Jarrett Stidham is an all-SEC player, that has a future with the NFL!
Auburn return a rare white wr in former walk-on Will Hastings, and he'll look to improve in his 2nd year as the starting slot man. Auburn has TE Sal Canella in their "Big Slot" role which is their receiving TE, along with some good depth. To round out the skill positions is bull-dozing FB/HB Chandler Cox, who is good for a catch or two per game.
Auburn's OL will start the year only 2/5 white, and the starting C (Fr) Kaleb Kim is half-asian who may split some opinions here (I support him). However they do have good OL depth, and there's a chance OT Bailey Sharp or OT Austin Troxell wins a spot as the season progresses.

On Defense Auburn looks bleak as usual, with only 1 white player likely to see meaningful snaps in (Fr) LB Josh Marsh. Marsh is a speedy LB prospect who will likely carve out a role as the season progresses, and looks like a future starter.

Offense

QB- Jarrett Stidham 6'3 215 (Jr)
WR- Will Hastings 5'10 168 (Sr)
TE- Sal Canella 6'5 230 (Jr)
FB- Chandler Cox 6'1 240 (Sr)
C- Kaleb Kim 6'4 300 (Fr)
RT- Jack Driscoll 6'5 300 (Jr)

Defense

None

Ones to watch in 2018: (Fr) QB Cord Sandberg, (Sr) WR Griffin King, OG (Fr) Nick Brahms, (Jr) OT Bailey Sharp, (Fr) OT Austin Troxell, (Jr) TE Tucker Brown, (Fr) TE John Samuel-Shenker, (Fr) LB Josh Marsh, (Jr) Buck/OLB Jacob Voneschenbach

I’m expecting to see SR Griffin King (5’10” 179lbs) some this season, especially while Will Hastings is out

I hope Washington beats the stew out of ‘Awbarn’ on 9/1. ;)

Auburn returns a white wr with former walk-on Will Hastings, and he'll look to build on a solid 2017 cut short by injuries. Auburn has solid TE depth with white Sal Canella battling with black Jalen Harris for starting duties. To round out the Tigers skill positions is bull-dozing (Sr) FB Chandler Cox who is good for a catch or 2 per game.
Auburns OL has solid depth but look to start the season with only a 2/5 white line.
On Defense Auburn is bleak as usual, but (Fr) LB Josh Marsh is speedy guy who should see some snaps.

Thanks Deceptive.

Much like Alabama this is a typical SEC down the middle caste laden operation with basically no white presence on defense.

The biggest problem is their one bright hope WR Hastings tore his ACL in spring practice and his status is up in the air. The latest I heard is he might show up at the half way mark of the season. If he misses the whole season would he apply for another year? Too bad. Hastings is a nifty player with speed and a welcome sight in this conference.

The QB Stidham is on the NFL radar and TE Canella has some talent.

Like Alabama with Bolden, they have brought in a stud recruit in LB Josh Marsh. The sooner these young players see the field the better.

Unless Hastings gets out there quickly this is another team that is just too damn caste oriented to get excited about.

According to this article Will Hastings is already participating in fall practice!
