wow! fall asleep and some one goes off kilter for a moment. Why we talking holocaust in sports forum?
I was doing some research on Danny Talbot and was shocked when I read his mother is half Trinidadian and father is white, making him a quarter dark skin, would he be considered white or black? From a distance he looks totally white yet from close up you can tell he is mixed blood. Thoughts?
I will say in the Euro champs 200m final he was closing on Gemili fast and would have had him in another stride or so. Gemili looked like Teeters tense and all over the place form wise. This kid Filippo Tortu is extremely impressive at such a young age, great form and very relaxed sprinter...hopefully many more great races from him and sub 10 in the next year or so...
On an off subject..does anyone here know what "black Irish" actually is?
Cheers...
It's called Google and cut and paste------
"The definition of black Irish is used to describe Irish people with dark hair and dark eyes thought to be decedents of the Spanish Armada of the mid-1500s, or it is a term used in the United States by mixed-race descendants of Europeans and African Americans or Native Americans to hide their heritage."
There's more to it than this first entry. Look it up.
Danny, if you got your facts right, is in "Muddy Waters," as in he has some blood from the "Mudderland." In this miscegenating World of race traitors, he is the product of "Jungle fever." Due to the one-drop rule of the legacy of slabery, he is considered one of theirs since most "high-yellows" are high achievers in the lowly Negro hood. In actuality he is exactly what you're thinking, a mixed blood mulatto(?) who is either a bastard form of White, or an evolving progressive form of Negro, take your pick.
Just remember this. Blacks co-opt for their poor self-esteem anything that has one drop of hated Whitey blood to boost their "achievements." Whites have no right to call 3/4-White Danny anything other than another fine specimen of Negro.
I hope that helps, your welcome.
