Northwestern University is located in Evanston, IL which is 65.6% White and 18.1% black according to the 2010 US Census.

The projected number of White starters on Northwestern's football team is 9/22 which is 40.9%.

This means that White football players are underrepresented by 24.7 percentage points (65.6% - 40.9%) given the geographic location of the University.

The near total elimination of Whites on defense, first in the NFL and now in college, is despicable. And if there was a way to put the resources together to go after these programs by conducting intensive discovery, including deposing their coaches and recruiters, the "scouting services," and other notables, I've no doubt it rises to intentional discrimination on a level that constitutes civil liability in the form of huge financial damages, and maybe criminality as well.

The key to the cleansing of whites from college football has been the complete breakdown of entrance standards for students, especially blacks. The Supreme Court rolled over on the issue again, giving the okay to unequal treatment before the law. This has been a green light for University departments to discriminate against whites at will with no possible recourse. The traditional bulwark against recruiting blacks to flood the rosters of college programs was entrance requirements. Schools like Northwestern just couldn't get blacks in the door, especially athletes because of their low intelligence. That is all over now. No matter what a school may say they have free reign to ignore the standards when it comes to black students.

I didn't have a whole lot of time for additional commentary in my original post. I figured I would leave that as part of the thread, but Northwestern has trended Whiter the last couple of recruiting classes, even on defense, so that number should improve in the next couple of years.
