Last nights stats: Really good night, considering many others didn't have their best games including, the Korver, Gasol brothers, Mi. Plumlee, Anderson, etc. while others are out because of injuries including Dragic. I appreciate Deadlift for posting stats also. I had a little time this morning, so I thought I would post these. Also, it's nice to watch Charlotte now with Zeller, Kaminsky, Hawes, and Belinelli all getting a lot of playing time! Note: David Lee, 15/12 off the bench. I wish he could get back to where he was a couple of years ago!

Kevin Love set an NBA record for most points in the first quarter of a game with 34 points! He went on to score 40. Love is averaging 22 points per game this season hopefully he stays consistent and has averages like he did with the Timberwolfs!!

I was watching some of the Knicks game Wednesday night and at a few points they were rolling with 4 White athletes. Porzingis was once again unstoppable and led the way. Kuzminsk seems to be getting more comfortable in the league and had a career high of 14 points. Marshall Plumlee made his debut and made a big positive impact with his high energy. He only tallied 4 points and 5 boards but made a ton of hustle plays. A true lunch pail effort.

I was watching the NBA network this morning and the talking heads decided to talk about something about cigars, I don't even remember, during the Jazz and Heat highlights. It was an exciting game down to the last second and Dragic and Hayward were both brilliant. Kind of ironic they chose that game to entirely ignore but guys like Hayward and Dragic are rarities in today's NBA. Guard/wing players are usually amoung the most athletic players on the court and these guys fit the bill with the ability to hit pull up jumpers drive, pass, slash, dunk or nail the three. That is why college players like Grayson Allen are so important in representing a new wave of slashing athletic white guards in the NBA.
As for the NBA network I find Charles Barkmaster an annoying person but to his credit he does not fall into the caste trap. Kenny Smith is a caste whore and I can't stand him. Shaq is harmless.

Last nights stats. Not nearly as good as previous nights, but respectable. J.J. Redick was given the night off!
Gortat, WAS. 21/18, Monster game!
Anderson, HOU. 18/6/3 ast.
Dekker, HOU. 17/4, nice to see him getting minutes!
Leuer, DET. 16/9
Galinari, DEN. 16/5 reb.
Love, CLE. 15/9
Ginobili, SAS. 13/7 ast.
Vucevic, ORL. 12/11/5 ast. How does a guy, Vucevic, averaging 15/10 get replaced in the starting line up by someone, Biyombo, averaging 4.7/6.6?
Porzingis, NYK. 11/5 Poor shooting night.
Muscala, ATL. 11 pts.

I am looking forward to seeing Dragan Bender's career get going. He was the 4th pick overall in last year's draft and is on Phoenix. He is 7-1, 225, and his game is similar to Porzingis. He is not getting a lot of minutes yet, but has had two 10 point games off the bench. The kid is very young; he just turned 19 a few weeks ago. His older (!) brother is just a sophomore and plays for U of MD. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

Last nights stats:
Hayward, UTA. 32/4 rebs. Hayward now in the top 15 and climbing in scoring! 22.8/game.
Kaminsky, CHA. 21/9/5 ast. Kaminsky seems to be coming into his own. Charlotte a nice to watch right now!
Belinelli, CHA. 15 pts. As I said, Kaminsky, Belinelli, Zeller, and Hawes getting minutes, Charlotte fun to watch.
Saric, PHI. 21/12 rebs.
Gasol, MEM. 19/8 ast.
Dragic, MIA. 18/9/8 ast.
Ilyasova, PHI. 18/6 rebs.
Mozgov, LAL, 13/5 rebs.
McRoberts,MIA. 13/4 ast. Don't know why this guy is not playing more. I remember him as a great passing big man at Duke!
Galinari, DEN. 12/5
Plumlee, POR. 11/9 rebs.
Rubio, MIN. 9/12 ast.
Bender, PHX. 10/4 rebs.
Bogut, DAL. 11 boards.
Only 4 guys in the top 40 in scoring, unless you count Lopez,(I don't), but you'd have 5 with him. Really disappointing considering just 2 years ago we had 8 in the top 40.
Rebounding a little better, but not great. We have 9 in the top 40.

I wish Utah would promote Gordan Hayward more. He is an all star player capable of leading them deep into the playoffs. He need some more pieces around him but I really enjoy watching him play. Hope the Jazz can return to their roots slowly but surely.

Hayward, Love and Porzingis are all averaging over 20 points per game. This seems like a big improvement from last year. Marc Gasol could also get up to 20 ppl if he steps it up. He's at 19 currently.

I'm not sure about last year, but looking back 2 years ago, Love, Nowitzki, and Dragic all averaged 20/game. There were 9 white players in the top 41 in scoring with Love at number 4. As of right now, there are only 4 in the top 40, Hayward being the highest at number 15. It's gotten a little worse I'm sorry to say.

2014 scoring:
4. Love, 25.8- went to Cleveland
12. Nowitzki, 21.7-Age and injury catching up to Dirk
16. Dragic, 20.3-having a decent season
21 Anderson, 19.8-went to Houston and hasn't been the same
23. Lee 18.8- injured and traded and hasn't been the same
28. Pekovic, 18.0-After averaging almost 18/9, 2013/14, achilles tear may have ended his career.
35. Parsons, 17.0-Injured
35. Gasol, 17.0 Aging
41. Hayward, 16.3-Now the leading white scorer, currently 15th. The highest player we have.

2016 scoring:
15. Hayward, 22.8
24. Love, 21.4
27. Porzingis, 20.6
36. M. Gasol, 18.9
45. Dragic, 17.1

Again, I'm sorry to say it looked a little better a couple of years ago, but I haven't lost complete hope just yet. I do have to say that when I'm watching the NBA and look into the stands, there seems to be a lot of empty seats, until playoff time. Anyone else notice this?

I love all of these guys. Thanks for the updates C.S.

I need to watch Saric play a little more. He had a hilite of a crossover he put on a guy where he almost
fell down. Very good ball handler as well as shooter.

I would love to see Nick Stauskas score a little more. He is so athletic and very talented.

Could be bad news for Gordon Hayward! He's out tonight because of the finger injury he suffered that kept him out of the lineup at the beginning of the season. Although x-rays were negative, he has additional swelling. He and Coach Quin Snyder think he re-broke the finger.

MGasol, MEM. 36/9
Ilyasova, PHI. 23/8/4 ast.
Stauskas, PHI. 14/5
Saric, PHI. 13/5
Ingles, UTA. 21/5/3/ast. Hayward DNP, injured finger.
Valanciuanas, TOR. 20/10
Jokic, DEN. 17/11
Galinari, DEN. 14/4
Nurkic, DEN. 13/7
PGasol, SAS. 13/10/3 ast.

Chicago's Doug McDermott came back from injury(concussion) last night and scored 8 points. Hopefully his playing time will increase as he gets back into the flow. He had started to play well before his injury.

Although the stats are a little down, a number of teams seem to be playing more white players in bunches, 2 and 3 on the court at the same time, such as Charlotte with Zeller, Kaminsky, Belinelli, and or Hawes, Denver with Galinari, Jokic, and Nurkic. Philadelphia with Ilyasova, Saric and Stauskas. Houston with Anderson and Dekker getting some time. Atlanta's Korver and Muscala. New York Knicks: Porzingis, Vujacic, and Kuzminskas. I'm sure there are others, but these are some I've noticed recently. Probably be more once other players such as Nowitzki and Parsons come back from injury.

Gay marriage proposal at Bears/Twink game. Really revving up the social destruction game like never before. Remember men, if you don't make your own family you will always be dependent on the STATE. And that is just -what Wolfman calls "World Vampire"- is fixing to do.

This kind of thing is so utterly alien and bizarre compared to how it was when I was growing up 30-40 years ago. It is so nauseating and surreal.

You're not alone. So many of us seem to see through this.

"Therefore God gave them up in the desires of their hearts to impurity for the dishonoring of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the created things rather than the creator, who is forever worthy of praise! Amen." Romans 1:24-25.

Sadly, this not only applies to those who have believed the lie of homosexuality, but to ALL who haven't trusted in the TRUTH, Jesus Christ.

"The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." II Peter 3:9.
