Richard Kilty hasn't run a 200 meters race in two years but that will change this thursday night in Oslo, Norway. I hope he has enough time to recover after two very hard races today. If he is recovered enough, I expect him to run a time of around 20.30's or so since he hasn't run the deuce in a long time. With a few more 200 meters contests whether in training or races, it can help him to get that elusive sub 10. He could have had it today but he tied up just slightly in the last 10 meters. Despite this he held his from very well to finish with that new p.b.
