I think you're talking about Myron Role from Florida State.He was a Rhodes scholar, no doubt his race played a large role in that. He ran a 4.6 40. He also scored a 33 on the Wonderlic, which is pretty impressive for a black but not that great for a white guy. His career in the NFL only lasted one year. Now he's in medical school at FSU. I wonder what he scored on the MCAT ? I'm guessing in the 20's. For those not familiar with MCAT scoring that probably wouldn't get you into med school if you're non-black.A few years ago there was a reputed very smart black cornerback who was the subject of one flattering media puff piece after another. He ran a slow time at the Combine but that didn't faze the corporate PR machine; he was basically the face of the draft that year before fizzling quickly out of the NFL. Can't recall his name, maybe someone else can.
