Shane Carden is the only reason to watch this team as he is one of the best QBs in the country.

Yeah, Carden had an impressive game against V-Tech (threw for over 400 yds, on the road).

To me, it looked like Carden was helped some by Va Tech's terrible secondary play. In the first quarter Carden threw up a couple of hanging fly balls that Hokie defenders did nothing to defend. East Castelina receivers basically leapt up unopposed & pulled down these dangerous passes.. but regardless, Carden is legit. He's quietly becoming one of the ECU's statistically greatest passers.

ECU also got a good day from their punter (Greg Worth). The kid was averaging 47 yds a kick, and had 3 50yd+ kicks..
