I did a quick survey of CBS sports baseball depth charts which looked to be pretty well updated. American league teams of course have 9 potential starters, National league 8, and I'm not counting pitchers. Of course, the Hispanic players are a little complicated, in terms of ethnicity, but Prado and Montero of Arizona as white Venezuelans, Avila of Detroit as a white Cuban from Florida, Alonso on San Diego as white, and Scutaro of the Giants and Montero of Seattle as white Venezuelans. Also counting Victorino as white.

Arizona, 8
Baltimore, 7 until Betemit is back in June
Boston, 8
Chi Cubs, 3
Chisox, 5
Cinci, 6
Cleve, 5
Col, 4
Det, 2
Hou, 5
KC 6
LA Angels, 5
LA Dodgers, 3
Miami, 3
Milw, 2
Minn 7
NY Mets, 7
NY Yankees, 5 this assumes Gardner or Boesch is one of the starters in the outfield, and number will likely go down when ARod is back
Oak, 6
Phil, 3
Pitt, 4
SD, 4
SF, 5
Seattle, 6
StL, 5
TB, 5
Tex, 5
Tor, 4
Wash, 5

Overall the numbers seem about what they have been over the last few years, but I like the fact that the Yankees, Mets, Angels, are getting whiter, and go Diamond Backs and Red Sox.

It's good to see the trend of the big market New York teams and the Angels. The Tigers and Cubs seem to be among the least White teams every year, and the Dodgers have gone that direction as well.

Milwaukee with just 2 White starters is a disappointment. But overall Whites have been more than holding their own of late, helped in part I believe by the much more strict policies regarding juicing. I'm looking forward to a lot of White hitters joining the annual dominance of White pitchers in 2013.

St Louis has to be the winner when it comes to absence of blacks.

An all white starting infield except for Molina at C.

3b - Freese (white)
SS - Kozma (white)
2b - Matt Carpenter (white)
1B - Allen Craig / Matt Adams (both white)
LF - Holliday (white)
C - Molina (hispanic)
RF - Beltran (Hispanic)
CF - Jay (mulatto)

5 whites in the linup (6 when Beltran is injured or resting since Craig goes to RF, Adams starts at 1st)

As for pitching,

Wainright (white)
Westbrook (white)
Garcia (take a wild guess)
Shelby Miller (white, highly rated rookie)
Lance Lynn (white)

BP

Rosenthal (white, highly rated 100 mph throwing rookie)
Mujica (hispanic)
Rzepcinksi (white)
Joe Kelly (white)

Closer - Motte (white)

Bench

Ty Wiggington (white)
Descalso (white)
Cruz (hispanic backup C)
Matt Adams (white, highly rated power hitting rookie)
Shane Robinson (white)

Overall, 17 whites, 4 hispanics, and 1 light skinned black.

I think i'm forgetting a couple relievers and they might have 1 black reliever that is borderline between AAA and MLB.

St. Louis is a VERY white team with no monkeyshines. And a white manager. A far cry from 80s Cardinal teams filled with dark faces and "bright" smiles.....
