NFL.com has their 2013 pro-bowl ballot available. Of course RG III, is one of the 3 NFC QB's featured on the add. (and despite leading the NFL in passing yards, Eli Mannning is not.)

This is why pro bowl totals aren't given much weight in hall of fame considerations. Too many Mike Vick pro bowl seasons where a popular player makes and his stats are borderline to make the team....
