2013 Northern Illinois Huskies

Here are the white starters for the Northern Illinois Huskies this year. Stud QB Jordan Lynch returns to pilot the potent UNI offense again after making it to the Orange Bowl last year. Expect another monster year from Jordan Lynch, who is still going to be underrated by the draft scouts and media. Lynch should be getting drafted next year, as he’s exactly what scouts are now looking for in QBs (well, at least black ones anyway). Since 2006, the Huskies have started 11, 11, 14, 12, 11, 7, and 7 whites. Expect things to lighten up a bit this year, with increase of two white starters to nine, and the addition of a WR (Angelo Sebastiano) and a LB (Michael Santacaterina). These two changes will help make NIU even more watchable this year, especially with playmaker Jordan Lynch back at QB. Some white Huskies who get playing time are: QB Matt McIntosh, FB Ricky Connors, WR Jacob Brinlee, TE Tim Semisch, LG Matt Battaglia, C Michael Gegner, RG Tyler Pitt, RT Matt Krempel, and MLB Ryan Gorrell.
