WR Myles White for Green Bay is not white, for the record. He's a quadroon at least.

Rotowire's extremely negative take on Peyton Hillis game.

Hillis had 20 carries for 70 rushing yards and three catches on five targets for 15 receiving yards Sunday against the Eagles.

Spin:While Michael Cox got the start for the Giants, Hillis got a vast majority of the backfield touches. It wasn't a great performance by any means, although it was serviceable enough against an awful Eagles team. Hillis' time with the Giants will likely be very limited moving forward, as the team heads out on bye in Week 9 before possibly welcoming back Brandon Jacobs (hamstring), Andre Brown (knee) and/or David Wilson (neck) in Week 10.

Al Michaelsberg almost sounded disappointed at Jordy Nelson blowing by the entire Vikings defense.

Nelson 76 yard TD!! 2nd TD of the night...Even Al Michael said he is one of the best WR's in the NFL....

Yeh, but neither Uncle Al nor Crissie dared to use the "s" word in describing Nelson. If it was a black receiver who made the play you can bet your last dollar they would be raving about how he "turned on the jets," showed "explosive speed," etc.

Jordy with a 75 yard TD! It has to be one of Jordy's greatest nabs. It was a slant in, Jordy was running full speed, the ball was somewhat over thrown. Then Jordy puts into another gear and snatches the rifled ball out of thin air. Great catch!

last week he out-rushed AP, this week he out-rushed Shady McCoy. that dickhead is way to emotional to view a performance objectively.

Nelson's the top deep threat in the game. No one catches him from behind. You think the NFL will look for more like him???

True Don! Good point...I think deep down Crissy is insanely jealous he never had those jets back in the day....

Has anyone checked the Jets DWF boards? Surely some of the drunkest DWFs should be sobering up now and clearly see that retard Smiff is not going to be serviceable quaterback. I said before, AHDIW had more upside and ability. With Smiff, its like some weird test or year long try out he is getting due to his complexion and not IQ. Typical twisted NFL AA policy.

Jordy's Speed

Exactly. Jordy made that play by outrunning the Viking's secondary. Crissy turned it into an opportunity to call about how great Rodgers is, which of course is true, but Nelson is the one who made the play. And afterwards he and Al said how good Nelson is, but they didn't say anything about how fast he is. If it had been a black receiver they would have been raving about how he ran away from the VIkings D. The more Jordy does this though, the more obvious it is that he is a superior athlete.

That Jordy Nelson, he's a great student of the game. With that deceptive speed and unbelievable ability to make the most of his extremely limited athleticism, he somehow manages to score all these TDs and seems especially good at deep plays. I guess that high motor never stops running!

Collinsworth did have jets, that's what makes his Caste-mongering that much more pathetic. He was tall, lean and fast. I think you're relatively young, when you get a chance check out Collinsworth's career stats on Pro Football Reference. He was an All-Pro deep threat who retired prematurely because of injuries.

In fact, I was just thinking about who the last established White deep threat was before Jordy. There have been some who had great single seasons and then were promptly demoted (Drew Bennett, Keith Poole) or were injured (Patrick Jeffers, likely injured on purpose by Chad Scott). Ed McCaffrey was fast but was used often as a possession receiver. Eric Decker is having his second big season in a row, but the last star White deep threat before Nelson may very well have been Collinsworth. Steve Watson played in the same era but also had his career shortened by injuries. Before that you may have to go back to Roger Carr, Lance Alworth, Don Maynard and George Sauer.

Rodgers is what a mobile QB is supposed to look like.

I believe Nelson is one of the fastest, if not fastest, wideouts in the NFL, yeah he ran a 4.49 40, but he also had a 10.6 100 meter dash which was in high school. I believe that ties with Devin Hester who was considered one of the fastest guys in the NFL. I think the only other faster starter in the 100 meter is Jamaal Charles who ran a 10.4, of course there are diminutive guys like Holliday and Demps that ran faster (but those guys really are small compared to someone like Woodhead and limited mostly to special teams)

Right Don, Collinsworth was the Florida 3A 100 yard dash high school state champion where he ran a 10.0, equivalent to around a 10.8/10.9 100 meter today!

Yep, most importantly, uses his wheels only when necessary, and not every other play. However, that's because he is a QB first, and a runner second. Something most black QBs simply aren't.
