Pryor sacked 10 times today:icon_eek:
10 1/2 sacks to be exact, and 3 interceptions, one a pick six. On one drive in the 4th quarter, the Raiduhs had a 3rd and 48. That's how many yards he was losing on his run-around-like-a chicken-with-its-head-cut-off sacks.

Good to see Vellano making his presence felt. If Wilfork is a 5time pro bowler there's no doubt in my mind Vellano is that capable as a player as well. Couple years ago while he was at Maryland he recorded 18 tackles against army. I thought that was unheard of for a DT!

Carson Palmer is terrible. Add Arizona to the list of teams looking to replace him with a black quarterback.

Alex Smith had a mediocre first half and in the half time summary some AA booth guy seemed to really enjoy the fact, saying "that's (Smith's performance) not gonna get it done." You could tell it was personal with him by his derisive tone of voice. He almost seemed to be gloating. No white announcer would dare use such a tone of voice describing a black quarterback's struggles.

Then someone else on the "team" sniffed that "Smith would rather take the sack than risk throwing an interception." I thought it a rather odd criticism. Whatever the case, Smith finishes the day with no picks and KC wins.

But he just wasn't exciting I suppose.

I believe Largent had over 800, Don, but I could be wrong.

You're right, 819. Witten has 834 going into tonight's game. So Wes is third right now among overachieving receivers, but not for long.

Welker also has 8 TDs already. He could threaten the single season record the way he's going.

I don't think he's ever really recovered mentally from that terrible leg injury he had with the Bengals.

I may have spoken too soon. He just threw a perfect pass between two defenders to Fitzgerald for a touchdown. Cardinals now lead 7-6.

how does a qb get a half sack?, besides getting sacked 10 times, he was hit behind the line another 14 times. 24 hits, plus the 6 rushes he had, so hit like 30 times.

Paul Poz with a 50+ yard pick six against Manning

Palmer needs very good protection to thrive; he's on a team that has a bad o-line year after year.

Paul Posluszny with a pick six against Peyton Manning. The 27 point underdog Jags are only down 14-12 right before halftime.

Pryor's statline is even worse than it looks. He got 41 yards of passing on KC's last drive that was all prevent defense.

J. J. Watt put up a goose-egg today, probably for the first time in his three-year career. Kudos to whoever was blocking him on the Rams today. I hope the Texans turn it around; Kubiak was almost fired a few years ago, if they implode he's a goner.

Why is it always that the worst team in the league, the team the Broncos are favored by like 4 touchdowns over, are competitive and may keep Manning to his worst game statistically on the season when all is said on done?

I guess they realize they aren't going to go to the post season so this is their "superbowl". Or you could say its because of "fixing", but in that case all the Broncos would have to do is win by 3 tds

I believe its the largest spread for the NFL in years, so I am not surprised the Jags are playing to their fullest potential. Worst team in the league? questionable.

Yeah Amendola took a vicious hit to the head. I hope its not a concussion. Great run prior to it.

a few plays before that, a black player got hit in the helmet, but questionable, it kind of hit his chest and then moved up, not intentional at all. Flagged. Then Amendola has a black player fly at him with his helmet hitting Amendola's, no flag. It should be fined but I doubt it. Like Ive said before, these "safety" rules are not to protect White players

9/97/1, the first big game of the season for Kyle Rudolph.
