LMAO, hakeem nicks makes an embarassing drop and he has to go to the lockeer room for dislocated fingers

Reggie Bush dramatically acting like he had a season ending injury, but is back on the field for the Lions' next offensive series.

I was so glad to see Woodhead get some more playing time today. Especially in the fourth quarter when the game was on the line. He has to run a little better though. He only had 27 yards rushing. He had one good run for around 8 or 9 yards but other than that he was average. I'm hoping they will be patient with him as he goods more familiar with the his new offensive line and playing in a new offense. He looked great catching the ball and blocking. Glad to see the Chargers pull out the win.

Miamil looked great today beating a really good Indianapolis team. I hope the Dolphins and Colts both make the playoffs. Both Tannehill and Luck had over 300 yards passing each!

Was watching the 2nd half of the Chargers game. Learned that Maffews fumbled in the 1st. Woodhead rightly got most of the snaps in the 2nd half. He also made some great winning drive sustaining catches. Hopefully the light went off in the head coach's brain.

I'm hoping Josh Freeman gets benched at some point in the season for Mike Glennon. Freeman has been in the league since 2009 and still can't get it done. He's run out of chances.

Manning is ignoring Decker, while lavishing targets on his new magical afflete, Julius Thomas. Meanwhile, Welker has dropped 3 passes.

This was supposed to be a shootout, but so far it has been a really ugly game.

.

Are we watching the same game? Decker is 7/73, both team highs.

The NFL channel is indeed saying that RGscreen played well, and he is obviously not 100%. Making excuses for him. Also heard some seriously disrespectful teasing of Ponder during highlights as I was passing through the living room earlier.

This week will do it for me as far as following this totally corrupt "sport." When you play some clown who inexplicably starts Slowshon Moreno against you, and Slowshon somehow manages TWO long TD runs, you know it's time to even give up fantasy football.

Caste clown Steve Tasker just called ultra-scrub/journeyman tight end Clay Harbor "very athletic" after he made a simple catch. I've been hearing the same nonsense all day from various announcers -- a black guy makes a catch and automatically he's "athletic."

If Tasker's talented WR son Luke somehow made an NFL roster and scored an 80 yard touchdown, Stevie would undoubtedly give all the credit to the team's offensive line. What a "useful idiot," as Lenin called the eager functionaries who could always be counted on to follow the latest party line.

Meanwhile in Oakland, the Raiders are on the verge of what will likely be their only win of the season. With 2 minutes left, Pryor has a dreadful stat line of 15/24 for 126 yards. And the announcers are saying that the Raiders have found their first QB in over a decade.

bigunreal, what rehab center will you be checking into? Betty Ford? You once confessed that you were addicted to the NFL, like some crack addict. 2 choices await you. Continue your addiction and post here. Or be gone forever? I suspect the former. LOL

Eric Decker has had a career high in catches today, yet bigunreal claims he's being "ignored" by Peyton Manning. If a sack of hundred dollar bills landed in bigunreal's lap from Heaven, he'd find a way to put a negative spin on it.

Josh Freeman has to be the worst starting quarterback in the league now. I'll admit Peyton Manning wouldn't put up great numbers with that pathetic team but still this guy is just terrible bad. Hopefully he'll be gone soon.

Harrison Smith with another superb game -- 8 tackles, 1 assist, 1 interception. Is there a better safety in the league? Eric Weddle maybe.

Put a White man on defense and you get an excellent player almost every time.

Just like last season when Watt and Matthews were the leaders in sacks. They are the only 2 great white defensive players in the entire U.S.

Smith and Weddle are the only 2 great white DB's in the whole wide world.

Makes you wonder just how many great white defensive players are sitting at home.:suspicious:

.....But I like bigunreal's posts, they're among my favorites because no matter how down I am about football, I can always see that I haven't quite hit bottom yet....

Bigunreal once visited Hell, and the Devil told him to get the hell out of Hell, because he was totally bumming him out.

Bigunreal blamed his expulsion from Hell on a brilliantly-scripted conspiracy.

The Saints seem to have zero options outside of Jimmy Graham. The fact that Brees can put up huge numbers with such a mediocre supporting cast goes to show how great he is.

FYI,

I was laid off from my position last month, after 40 years with the company. They kept a black guy over me, with 10 years experience, and another black guy, who'd only been there a year. My wife was laid off in January, and we still have huge medical bills from a health crisis she had last year. I can't afford college tuition for my two kids.

Sure, I'm even more cynical than usual. The question is why I continue to pay attention to this corrupt nonsense. Maybe if things ever turned out the way I wanted them to in sports, it would provide a necessary diversion.

Don't mean to bum you all out, but wanted you to realize that sometimes there's a good reason why people are bitter. It's one thing to rant about how awful Don King's America is. It's quite a bit different when it all hits home personally.

It looks like Josh "Willie Beamen" Freeman is going to escape with a win despite putting up an awful statline. Its too bad because Brees has absolutely no help out there. The broadcast played a little montage earlier in the game about how Freeman may be on the outs in Tampa. This kind of surprised me because its become almost illegal to criticize a black quarterback, much like Ed Asner's statement that he didn't want to criticize Obama because it might be perceived as anti-black.

EDIT: Spoke too soon. Brees with an amazing drive to lead his team into field goal range.

Hey bigunreal, I was only joking. Sorry to hear about your current domestic state. Hopefully you have a big 401K nest egg to fall back on. Worst comes to worst take advantage of all current Amerika's entitlements. If I were you I would work it like a red headed hooker. Non stop and always working the "angles" for the biggest bang. I have a friend who is 53 years old. He lost his job(s). From 1986 till now, he railed 24/7 about the dems/govt giving money to deadbeats, minorities and etc. Now he is the king of SSI, Welfare, fraudulent workman comp claims, foodstamps, obamaphones etc.

This mofo has not worked in over 2 years, but 4 days a week, he feasts on good sushi and Asahi beer. Sure he gets down, but nothing a short walk to a government provided shrink can't fix and put a happy face on by prescription anti depressant meds. The world of BO and the continued beat of the downward spiral of amerika play incessantly.
