K-State has started 11, 11, 10, 5, 11, 8, 8 and 5 last year since 2005. It looks to an increase of five to 10 this year! Gone is dual threat QB Collin Klein, as JC transfer Jake Waters looks to make his impact as the new K-State QB. Unfortunately, the youngest Gronk brother, Glenn, has been moved from WR to FB. Safety Ty Zimmerman should be one of college football's premier DBs. Back ups on the two deep include WR Kyle Klein (Collin's brother), FB Zach Nemecek, C Dre Liddle, RT Matt Kleinsorge, DT Matt Seiwert, LB Will Davis, and SS Dylan Schellenberg.

Offense -
QB - Jake Waters
FB - Glenn Gronkowski
WR - Curry Sexton
TE - Andre McDonald - in a fight for position
LG - Cody Whitehair
C - BJ Finney (former walk on)
RG - Boston Stiverson

Defense -
DE - Ryan Mueller
DT - Travis Britz
SS - Ty Zimmerman
