Wisconsin head coach says junior linebacker Ethan Armstrong is drawing notice from N.F.L. scouts.

The third wheel on that UW snow patrol. Bielema thinks Armstrong projects favorably to the NFL. He has similar size and speed to star LB's Mike Taylor and Chris Borland, not to mention he's tough as nails and productive!

After the departure of Bret Bielema to Arkansas, former Wisconsin HC and current AD Barry Alvarez will coach the team in the Rose Bowl.

According to the article, Bielema had been in contact with Arkansas since September about taking over the HC position there. His lack of commitment probably had something to do with the wildly uneven play/coaching that resulted in a 7-5 season.

It is oficial. Rb Leo Musso has been moved to safety for spring practice. Wisconsin's spring depth chart came out and Musso is listed as a reserve safety. At least super fast Kyle Zuleger is now on the 2 deep at the other safety spot. You think someone that ran a 10.6 100 meter dash in high school might be considered at the cornerback spot but he must not have the right melanin.
I will argue Wisconsin does have a good stable of running backs but Musso is almost as good as James White and the rest. Then again these black running backs would not get far without Wisconson's all white O-line.
