There have been 10, 9, 5, 5, 4 and 2 White starters at Texas El-Paso since 2006. UTEP has a large mestizo student population and their recruiting reflects that, although they also have way too many blacks on their team. They will probably have 3 WHite starters for the upcoming season. It would be nice if just 10 public FBS schools recruited Whites so as to reflect their enrollment.
