BJJ ace Robert Drysdale goes to 4-0 in MMA. I want to see how far this guy can go. His standup is not the worst I've seen but his fights quickly go to the ground.

Ben Reiter koed Tyson Triplett to improve to 7-0 as a pro. Reiter is a truely awesome as a person on the same level as Tebow. Reiter graduated from Penn where he was a all-american wrestler, he and his wife were making great money in there business and after a trip to Peru to visit some orphans, Reiter and his wife realized the orphanage was going under. Reiter and his wife quit their jobs and decided to run the orphange to help these kids. Now you won't see BSPN running that story, but when Lebron or Kobe give .000001 percent of their money to help some black charity it's a headliner.

Chris Feist is another team takedown guy, he is 28 years old 6'2 185 and has a record of 4-0 as a pro. Feist is a wrestler out of Portland State the same school that produced Dave Jansen and Mike Pierce, and while based on the competition he has faced it is hard to make an evaluation of how good he is, but his athletism and wrestling make him a solid prospect.

New England prospect Jimmy Davidson won to remain undefeated with a record of 5-0 as a pro and 3-0 AM. Davidson pulled of his biggest victory defeating Aniss Alhajjajy(5-3) by TKO. Davidson trains at on of the best striking camps in Sityodtong with Mark Dellagrotte, and has a fantastic ground game. He's not ready for the UFC yet, but he would do great on a Bellator or Strikeforce undercard.

New entry
Zach Freeman- For some strange reason I like the prospects coming out of Missouri, they were what Iowa was ten years ago. Freeman is another Missouri prospect for the lightweight class that could soon be in the UFC. Freeman is 28 6'0 155 with a record of 5-0 as a pro and 3-0 am, and over the weekend Freeman was very impressive defeating Aaron Derrow(11-4) by UD. Derrow is a very talented fighter in his own right, with a sub victory over UFC vet Rich Clementi.

Derek Anderson- 25 6'1 155 Anderson is a major dark horse for me because of the fact that he has only been fighting for less than a year, but in that time he has amassed a record of 6-0 with 4 first round stoppages as a pro. He recently defeated another talented prospect in Kris Armbrister(7-3) by sub. Anderson currently trains with Team Xplode, the same camp that has produced UFC vet Robet Peralta.

We can take Jared Rosholt off the prospect list. He was able to take his Negro opponent down with ease but couldn't do anything once he got him there. Rosholt has not appeared to learn any standup or submissions and just relies on superior wrestling.

I agree, he performed awful if he wants to learn MMA he is going to have to work with a better striking coach.

Anthony "Lionheart" Smith is a 185 pounder who should be on the list. Only 24, he tapped out Lumumba Sayers. He is only 17-8 but is 9-1 in his last 10.

Okay ... he looked white when I saw him this weekend and on his Sherdog pic. But I found a pic from a Nebraska paper and it appears you are correct.

Anthony Smith is mixed black dad, white mom.

Yep. He looked mulatto to me with that nose & hair. Plus, that "Smith" tat across his back looked "groidian".

Not much this weekend, Josh Quayhagen improves to 6-0 as a pro by defeating Keith Minor (6-5) by ko in the first round. I hope Quayhagen gets to be on the Main card for Bellator this season.

Two new prospects that I think might have some potential are Heavyweight Allen Crowder and 135er Jake Nauracy.

Allen Crowder is 22 years old 6'2 260 and has a record of 4-0 as an amateur with no one going past two minutes against him, along with that he is heavyweight champ of the Battle of the South promotion. Crowder was recruited by East Carolina to play DE for the football team, but left after his sophomore year. It is too soon to say for certain Crowder will do well in MMA, I am mainly picking him for three reason 1. His measurables, 2. The current lack of debts at heavyweight, 3. The fact whites who weren't given an opportunity in football, seem to excell in MMA (example Matt Mitrione, Shawn Jordan, Jan Jorgensen). If Crowder can show he has cardio and good striking I tink he can have a long career.

Jake Nauracy is 1-0 pro and 8-0 am (all first round subs except for 1 that was a second round sub) 5'8 135 age 21. Nauracy currently trains under UFC fighter Miguel Torres, who has been impressed with Nauracy's developement. Nauracy reminds me of a smaller version of TUF Live winner Mike Cheisa, he fights with so much heart and is so good at getting his opponents back. Nauracy made his pro debut at the Bellator under and defeated Cory Galloway by sub.

Two international prospects I'd like to see in the UFC next year.

1. Alexei Kudin age 27 6'1 242 rec 14-4. Kudin I Belarus, he has good power in both hands and pretty good wrestling, He reminds me a little of Sergei Kharitonov, I think with the UFC's lackluster heavyweight division he could be a top ten contender right now.

2. Levan Razadze- age 26 6'2 260 record 5-0 all first round subs. Razadze is a big power wrestler with very good submissions. He hasn't had much of a test, but if Jon Madsen can excell on pure wrestling than this guy will do great.

Jimmy Quinlan- age 26 6'2 185 3-0 rec. Quinlan I had on my 2011 prospect list, but didn't really bother to put him on my 2012 list. Quinlan currently trains with the Lauzon brothers at Reality Self Defense, and has excellant Jui Jitsu and from what I've heard his striking is also very good. He defeated journeyman Jerry Spiegel(17-20) by sub in round 1.

Hunter Tucker age 26 5'8 145 rec 5-0pro 4-0 am. Tucker is a tough Texan who currently trains at Jackson Mixed Martial Arts. So far no one has been able to go the distance against him as a pro and he curently has 4 subs and 1 TKO as a pro. Over the weekend he defeated Nate Patterson (2-2) by sub inround 2.

Lots of good wins in Legacy tonight:

Josh Sampo, 125, dominated and upset UFC vet Antono Banuelos. He should get a call from the UFC and he is very good.

Derrick Krantz, 170, choked out his bodybuilder Negro opponent.

Matt Schnell, 125 and decorated amateur, made his debut beating a Nate Diaz look-alike.

Two guys that I was going to put on my 2013 list, but decided to put them on this list are Johnny Cottrell and Lorawnt-T Nelson.

Johnny Cottrell- is 22 years old he's 5'9 155 has a record of 11-2 pro and 5-1 am 10 subs and 5 tkos total. Cottrell has an excellent ground game and is well schooled for someone so young. Over the weekend he defeated black fighter Roy Bab**** (6-1) by sub in round 1. Cottrell prior to that defeated WEC and Bellator vet Thomas Schultz (18-9) by UD.

Lorawnt-T Nelson age 22 6'0 155 5-1 pro and4-1 am. Nelson currently trains an Jackson's Submission fighting, he has defeated some pretty good competition for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience, I think he is also a military vet. Nelson recently faced Talented kickboxer Cosmo Alexandre and losted a UD at the Bellator undercard.

New add
Colby Covington - age 24 rec 3-0 pro and 1-0 am 5'11 170lbs. Covington made his mma debut at the age of 18, but then walked away to wrestler for Iowa and then at Oregon State, where he became an All-American in 2010. Covington is currently training at American Top Team in Florida and has three wins in 2012.

New fighter
Alexander Volkov age 23 6'7 230 15-3 rec. Volkov dominated Strikeforce vet Brett Rogers last night to win a UD on the Bellator card. Volkov is a 6'7 striker who knows how to use his range, he reminds me of a taller Donald Cerrone. I also like the fact that he is only 23 so he has time to improve.

Calvin Kattar improved to 13-2 by defeating Bellator vet Saul Almedia (13-2) by UD.

Brennan Ward improves to 3-0 KOing Shedrick Goodridge in round number 1. Both Kattar and Ward were on the same event.

Gregor Gillespie- age 26 5'9 155 4 time NCAA wrestler All-American and 1 time National Champ in 2007 at 149lbs. Gregor Gillespie is a decorated wrestler from the same school that produced Josh Koscheck, and while at Edinboro Gillespie set the school record for wins with a record of 152-12 he also earned All-American honors in two weight classes 149 and 157. Gillespie is set to make his debut against Joey Angelo on Nov. 2.

New prospect
Darrell Horcher age 25 5'10 165 rec 6-0 pro and 4-1 am. Horcher koed overhyped black prospect EJ Brooks(7-1) in 21 seconds in round 1 at Friday nights Bellator matchup. Horcher's currently trains at Blackman MMA owed by former WWF wrestler Steve Blackman. Horcher's only mma loss is to James Jenkins, another one of my prospects. I hope Bellator give Horcher a shot a the main card after this impressive victory. Below is a clip from the Bellator show.
