David Lee has a season high 33 points for the Warriors today!
Besides those 33 points, he just filled up the stat sheet...

12 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, 2 blocks

It's already a know fact that he's the TOTAL PACKAGE!!!

Your right about David Lee. It's too bad the Warriors are a guard oriented team. It really has hurt his numbers this year. The guy is a stud and I just wish he would have went to a different team. Regardless, I'm a huge David Lee Fan.

Gordon Hayward with a career high 19 points today. It's not much but remember this is only his rookie season and he just started getting minutes.

Good for him! Not too many rookies are lighting it up.
Even his new teammate Derrick Favors is struggling.

I have seen the Jazz play twice in person and I haven't really noticed him. I guess he didn't get many minutes.
I really hope the Jazz get Jimmer. He would be a great fit since he can shoot from the outside and he really isn't an uptempo guy. The Jazz have some good big men in Al Jefferson and Paul Milsap along with Derrick Favors. Fesenko (Russian?) is a good backup center and Kirilenko can play both forward spots. A backcourt of Jimmer and Hayward would be very promising.

Matt Bonner: 16 points and 11 rebounds

Gallinari: 22 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals!

Pau Gasol: 18 points (7-10 FG) and 12 rebounds (Kobe hogged the ball, 10-27 FG, and LA lost..)

Talk about a sophomore slump! The Bucks are dissapointing. Every year they trot out with a makeshift roster and every year they suck. The basketball culture has to change in Milwaukee. Jennings was a star his first year in the league, but he's far from a polished PG.

celticdb15,

"Makeshift roster" -- indeed! A player like Mbah a Moute was alright at UCLA, but he wasn't a "star." Drew Gooden needs more passion for the game. And so on..

Actually, 3-15 is par for the course for Mr. Jennings. He had a lot of those nights last year too.
He would have felt right at home in the U Conn vs. Butler game the other night. lol

Jennings showed flashed his rookie year but I am not sure he takes the next step.

With about 7 games to go until the end of the season, I'm hoping the Pacers can hold on the that 8th and final playoff spot in the east. I want to see what Psycho T, Dunleavey and McRoberts can do in the playoffs.

Actually, there are only three games left in the season. The Pacers have already clinched the final playoff spot.

Maybe they can steal a couple of games or more from the young playoff inexperienced Chicago Bulls who they will likely be facing.

Steve Nash recently overtook Rajon Rando in assists per game and it looks like he'll end the season leading the entire league again at 11.4 assists per game.
smiley32.gif
Kevin Love will be the rebounding leader at 15.2 rebounds per game.

Don't forget Andrew Bogut is leading in blocks at 2.6 per game. I would consider points per game, rebounds per game, assists per game, blocks per game and steals per game to be the top 5 stats in basketball. Whites are the leaders in 3 of the 5 despite their small representation in overall NBA player percentage. Quite an achievement.

Good point Freethinker. I forgot about Bogut. Another small fact is that Matt Bonner will lead the league in three percentage as well.

Wow! I didn't realize that about Nash! Good for him!
Assists, rebounds, blocks, and 3 point percentage is pretty awesome!

Bogut was a 3rd team all-NBA last year. This season has been more of a comeback from that devastating elbow injury. I hope he'll be 100% next season and have similar year like he did in 2009-2010.

BTW, It wasn't long ago when a white (Stojakovic, Korver) ranked high in 3-pointers MADE, and ALWAYS among the best in FT% (Nash, Stojakovic).

It would be a milestone if another white can lead NBA in scoring (Maravich 1978), and voted best defender (Eaton 1989).
