And so goes the affirmative action league. From Rotoworld:

Bears waived/injured WR Eric Peterman.
<div ="s_pNewsTextMain">
Peterman will undergo surgery on his thumb after injuring it in
Saturday's game against the Chargers. He was a practice squad candidate
as an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern.

The Bears have one of the worst Caste coaches in Lovie
(Hatie) Smith, and despite having an overwhelmingly black roster, they don't seem to be getting any better. It undoubtedly has
something to do with their being one of the most consistently anti-White teams
over the last several years.
The ownership seems to like it though, as they
haven't shown signs of getting rid of Smith, yet. Smith cut record setting RB
Brock Forsey and Biletnikoff Award winner Mike Hass. The Bears had 6 White
starters and just 13 Whites on their roster in 2005, 2007, and 2008. In 2006,
they had 5 and 12. This year, Chicago has just
4 White starters and 12 on the roster.

Quarterback Jay Cutler will be the focal point of many DWF
insults, much as every White Bears' QB in recent memory. Cutler doesn't get near
the credit he deserves and despite having a horrible WR corps is actually a
very talented and dependable QB. Todd Collins and Caleb Hanie back Cutler up.

Starting tight end Greg Olsen should be a league leading TE,
but thanks to Coach Hatie Smiff's horrific play calling, Olsen has eclipsed 600
receiving yards only once. Hopefully Olsen's talent will not be ignored as much
this year.

T Kevin Shaffer is the only full White player on the O-Line
at reserve LT, while starting C Olin Kreutz is mixed White and Hawaiian.

K Robbie Gould has done a great job for the past 5 seasons. Brad
Maynard handles the punting duties and has been a model of consistency over his
14 year career. 13 Year veteran long snapper Patrick Mannelly will break a
Bears career record of games played on September 27.

6 time Pro-Bowl MLB Brian Urlacher returns from an injury
that kept him sidelined for all but one game of the 2009 season. 8th
year veteran Hunter Hillenmeyer backs up Urlacher at the MLB position.

Safety Craig Steltz has been used on special teams and as a
reserve, despite repeated claims by coaches that he would be the starter. He is
the only White DB on the Bears' roster. Steltz was an All-American at LSU, but
will probably once again back up Danieal Manning in 2010.

The supposed "fastest player in the league," now playing wide receiver forthe third season, still can't get open. And when he does, his hands of stone often seal the deal for an incompletion. From Weenieworld:

Jay Cutler acknowledged Wednesday that Devin Hester simply didn't get open in Week 1 against the Lions. Hester was targeted once, compared to Devin Aromashodu's 10 and Johnny Knox's seven. Cutler guarded his words by blaming Hester's minimal role on "rolled coverage" with a safety over the top, but it's clear that the converted returner is low on the totem pole in Chicago. He's not a fantasy option.

Sumo Charles Grant was signed. With nothing left in the tank, cut by the Saints, cut by the Dolphins then went to the UFL, also cut after two games. Yes the best players play in the NFL......

Hatie Smiff just needed another player that would head over to the buffets with him.

Jay Cutler was practically killed last week, thanks to the sumo dominated O-line. He's got a concussion and will miss this week's game against the Panthers.

From Rotoworld:

Greg Olsen didn't catch a single pass in Week 6 against Seattle.
<div ="s_pNewsTextMain">
He also was catch-less in Week 5. The Bears seemed to be making an
effort to get Olsen the ball at least every once in awhile during the
first four games, but it's not like he was even tearing it up then.
He's topped 39 yards once this season. Feel free to drop Olsen for a
player with late-season upside.

I don't know what the issue is in Chicago but they need to get this kid the ball.

In that case Olsen should be moved to WR where he would be better than their current core.

The great Dick Butkus tells it like it is:

<DIV style="BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none; TEXT-ALIGN: left; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; : transparent; COLOR: #000000; OVERFLOW: ; BORDER-TOP: medium none; BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; TEXT-DECORATION: none">When Dick Butkus talks in Chicago, people listen. "The offensive line is awful," he said on "Chicago Tribune Live." "The 'Skins and whoever else we play have to be looking at tapes today and licking their chops. ... It would be different if it was just the left tackle blowing a block every other play. But this is the left guard, then the left tackle, then the right guard." On the new coordinators, Butkus said: "Was Lovie (Smith) forced to hire these guys? Is he a lame-duck head coach? ... It can only get worse."

I knew Olsen would be screwed by Chicago this year, that's why I dropped him and didn't draft him for my fantasy team. Seems like every time the Chicago coaches talk up a White player, you can expect them to get screwed.

It's nice to hear Butkus weighing in on the matter. They are a real embarrassment, as are most NFL teams this year. The play is laughable, except when I remember the fact that Whites are being excluded.

Martz is such an offensive genius that he can't figure out how to use a 6'5 250 pound guy that runs a 4.47?

Martz system is one where the QB goes back to pass, and all receivers run downfield routes. The TE has to stay in to block, as the QB is asked to hold on to the ball for 4 or 5 seconds while the routes develop. If you have good offensive line play, and talented receivers (not to mention a skilled QB), it works, since the DB's can't cover everyone that long, especially on all of the deep routes. The only outlet reciever is the RB who will release after 4 seconds and have all kinds of room since the secondary is at least 15 yards down the field. Look at the numbers Marshall Faulk put up in this system.

Of course, a tight end like Olson is actually a liability in this system, since he's not a pure blocker. With the new-look "Sumo-heavy" lines that are now in vogue in the league, Martz' system is guaranteed to scramble the brain cells of whatever QB is unlucky enough to be the trigger man.

4 of the 5 OL for the bears are black. They are also hands-down the worst line in pro football.

Flat-nosed Hatie Smiff looks like he would fit "right in" as a character on "Good Times"..

The two teams I hope that don't make it to the Superbowl is da bears run by hatie smiff, and the eagles with vick soaring. No matter that the eagles have several white players contributing.

I don't like the Filthadelphia fans or Andy Reid. Vick and his cronnies forced dogs to breed and viciously fight and when they got badly injured they'd shoot them "to put them out of their misery" (not really, because they caused the misery in the first place).

Still, the Eagles have enough white offensive skill players that I wouldn't be too upset if they got to the SB as long as Chad Hall goes back to being the third RB in addition to the 5th WR like he was for a few games and they lose to the Pats or Colts. Talented Garrett Mills career would probably be over if he hadn't found a home on the Eagles. Riley Cooper has been worked into the mix more- and if solid, but not spectacular Avant's play in the slot declines (or he moves on) Cooper will get more work as a third WR with more chances than Avant to make plays on the outside.

I'd rather see the Eagles than the Saints again, and OBVIOUSLY the hatied Bears. But of course my top choices would be GB, with St. Louis (however unlikely) second and Atlanta third. Overall I'm hoping the Pats win the Superbowl and if they do I win some money. I bet 100 on the Pats when the odds were 1/8, off of 700 I won earlier in the season on a couple teasers and a two team Parlay. This is from 40 bucks I started out with. Unfortunately I bet 400 of my 700 on the Browns to win the AFC after they beat the Saints and Pats back to back. So I'm really only $160 ahead so far this year, but I only risked 40 bucks!Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins

It wasn't much of a home he found, more like living under a bridge,asMills was cut today by Fat Bastard.

That is a real shame. Garrett Mills should be starting at TE for some NFL team. College record setter caste aside just like Mike Hass and Brock Forsey.

Damn. Must be the analyst jinx. As soon as a talking head on t.v says something like said player "hasn't had a run longer than 20 yards all season", the very thing seems to happen very soon lol. I used to see it the most in basketball ie. "Nash hasn't missed a foul shot in his last 25 attempts...oh here we go he misses one right here."

The Black Bears are still my least favourite team in the league. Jake Sharp would prove better than any other back on the roster except arguably Forte...he should be splitting carries with Forte right now as every other back on the roster sucks. Peterman would also prove to be the most reliable WR on the team IMO if he got a chance and the second best big play threat after Hester. What a racist- bunch of trash this organization is.

Greg Olsen is apparently happy with his new role. His receiving stats have gone down significantly. Does every white player have to take one for the team? From Gayworld

Greg Olsen has embraced his new role even though he's catching fewer
passes, as he thinks his value to the team has never been higher.
<div ="s_pNewsTextMain">"I
didn't have as many catches but I had as many impact plays if not more
key catches, third downs, touchdowns, whatever the case," Olsen said. "I
contribute in the running game, pass protection in the backfield, blitz
pickup, so it's not always about stats. This year kind of opened my
eyes to that." Olsen wanted a trade over the offseason, but he's happy
now, which isn't surprising since winning cures most things.

Olsen can put it however he wants to try to mentally justify what has happened. Neither that nor the wins change the fact that he's still being under-utilized. He should be the Bears' leading receiver, but Hatie wouldn't let that happen, no matter the result.

I just hate the Bears. Aside from Olsen and Urlacher there is nothing to cheer for. The offensive line is made up of sumos and Craig Steltz is buried on the depth chart. They won't even use their best offensive weapon in Olsen. It won't be long before the DWF's completely turn on Cutler and Hatie brings in an afflete to replace him.
