2007 NFL Week 17

So Matt Jones, who spent most of the year watching from the sidelines and many games inactive, got a chance to play today and the result was the best recieving performance of the year for a Jaguar! According to my review of stats, the only other Jaguar who got over a 100 yards was Reggie Williams who did it ONCE(128)! And he is the number 1 starting reciever. How will it be explained that the "lazy" unmotivated Matt Jones had the athletic ability to overcome his so-called laziness and outperform every single Jaguar reciever?

Matt Jones 8 for 138 and TD. The Jaquar's best individual performance this year!!!Edited by: Kaptain Poop

Looks like the Viking coaches will try to spend yet another off-season trying to teach Troy Williamson how to catch a ball and Tarvarius how to throw one. They can get started today - they need all the time they can get.

Matt Jones' ace performance has come just at the right time. Like you say backrow, hopefully other teams will take note of that performance and put Matt on their shopping list. I really hope Del Rio feels like a complete prat at the moment!

Jared Allen over takes Kerney in the sacks table. Nice.

Meaningless game against backups?

The most amazing thing to me is the number of idiot White fans who think Jackson did enough to merit starting again next season. It is really disheartening both as a White and as a Viking fan that people have their heads so far up their collective rear...

Interesting that another White guy comes off the bench and saves the day, this time for the Titans. Maybe, at some point, a fan might ask just why the benchwarmer isn't starting?

Tom Iron...
