If Jordy Nelson can stay healthy, he could emerge as the top wide receiver in the country. he has everything you could possibly hope for in a wideout (except black skin, of course): phenomenal speed, great size, and good hands. check out the quote from his K-State bio last year:

One of the Big 12's top returning receivers and one of the most imposing wide outs in the country... Is the complete package, combining outstanding size, blazing speed and excellent hands... Is a threat to score whenever he touches the ball...

he's run a 10.63 100 meters and a 21.64 200 meters.

he led the team in receiving last year despite missing the early part of the year due to injury and only playing in 8 games. he is a phenomenal talent.


his stats may suffer this year, because his QB isn't that good and there are no other known weapons in the passing game... as they noted on htis year's bio:

Apt to see double coverage until another wide receiver emerges as a deep threat.

well His QB should improve from his abysmal 5-TD 13-INT season from last year. remember that he was a freshman. I just loved whatching K-State beat texas last year.

Freeman is not a very good QB. It's clear his coach/coordinator realize that. There can be no other reason for why they insist on having Jordy run nothing but 5 yard underneath patterns. It's a waste of talent.
