In 2002 their were 261 total picks. 5 of those picks were specialists so I am removing those from the tally. 63 of the draft picks were White (65 if you include the half-White Ben Leber and Coy Wire). This draft was a little walk down memory lane as it was around the same time I began to notice the discrimination faced by White athletes as a 19/20 year old. 261 total picks subtracting the 5 specialists is 256 picks I am comparing to the total number of Whites.
63 out of 256 is 24.6
65/256 is 25.3
This is the most White friendly draft I can recall off the top of my head. Even so it's only a pathetic 1/4 of eligible skill position players are White. The deviation is still within the range of the caste system (just a few percentage points higher than the norm) The interesting outlier were the sheer number of TEs drafted at 23 with 12 being White. This year we may see that amount of White athletes drafted as well.
