NEW ORLEANS - The judge overseeing the criminal cases for the remaining Jena Six defendants was removed against his will Friday for making questionable remarks about the teenagers.


Judge J.P. Mauffray Jr. had acknowledged calling the teens "trouble makers" and "a violent bunch" but insisted he could be impartial. Defense attorneys disagreed and asked that he be removed. (snip)

I hate to be negative but based on prior history these six guys may one day be propelled to America hero status. Just look at Muhamed Ali,and MLK. They were criminals and now they are a living martar if you will and a martar respectively.

Liberalism is an enemy to the concept of "a government of laws, not of men" and events like this serve to prove that point.

Apparently the black defendants previous record is not allowed to be considered because of thier protected status of "african-american". It's funny because a judge in another recent case involving a rapist called him a "monster" and wished there was more sentencing he could give. Not a peep from the liberals about impartial judges.

What liberals really want is a separate code of laws for blacks, because they can NOT live by the same rules as whites, asians, and to a lesser degree hispanics. Call it "affirmative justice" if you will.

Keep in mind that all of these men are twisting the law to look good to blacks, who would celebrate those teenagers getting off uncharged for kicking that white man's head repeatedly while he was unconsious. Who stands for us in this situation? Where is justice?

Interesting post.As to who stands for us? Hmmm. We have people fighting the good fight on the internet such as Don who do lthe best they can with what is available to them. Our government however, has been subverted and every institution has been used to hasten our demise. The blacks, browns, asians, and jews have representatives fighting for their respective groups - ALL -empowered and funded by the governement. We have NOTHING, not even a single politician will dare to speak on the behalf of whites as a group.

Yep, they want new "black codes" only this time to protect the blacks and hurt whites. Bart is right. It is depressing. Coming from the Mississippi Delta I haven't ever had much faith in the so called "justice system."
