    2024-'25 NBA Season

Looking back I remember players being fat shamed back in the day. The one that comes to mind is Vin Baker when he joined Seattle in the late 90’s. If I remember correctly he had a pretty good first season with the Sonics but then his weight ballooned out of control and he ended up going...

The Philippines is the same way. It's ironic that you can travel through an entire province in the Philippines and the tallest guy you will see is maybe 6'2 at the most. Yet, they are obsessed with basketball. I kind of feel bad for them when I travel there as I don't believe a Filipino has...

That would make sense because they have always been a 10.15 nation with the occasional guy going 10.0x. But Bingtian Su kind of burst on the scene along with the other guy whose name escapes me right now. Su ended up running that 9.83 and the other guy ran a 9.97. But their sub 10 journeys...

Good article and at least it's talking about race, but one thing that always bugs me about these articles is the catch phrase "we are a nation afraid to discuss race". The reality is minorities openly discuss race. They aren't quiet at all about how they stick to their own and advocate for...

It seems odd to me that the Chinese didn’t even medal in the 100. They had some big guns a few years ago when Bingtian Su was in his prime, but I guess they have fallen off since then.

    Forgotten White Athletes?

His case is an odd one. The fastest time in the world that year (2023) was a 9.83 so his 9.97 wasn’t too far off the fastest guys. With some work he may have been able to get down into the 9.8’s and possibly make a relay team for the US. He is a very powerful runner when you watch him. He...

    Forgotten White Athletes?

Does anyone know what happened to Cole Beck? I searched and all I can find is articles from a year or two ago. Looks like he went undrafted in the NFL and then failed to make a team and just faded away. I guess track wasn't his thing but that's kind of ironic as he's technically the fastest...

Is There Nothing Left to Say?

I’ve been here for quite a while, but admittedly my posting is irregular. I usually follow the track and field forum since I have always enjoyed watching sprints all the way up to about the mile. I will just be honest, I don't have much interest in sports anymore. I’ve tried to stay up with...

If the suspect is white they always make sure to mention it. If the suspect is brown, they usually don’t mention it. It’s the never ending war against us.

    2025 Track Results

These are all great times but in reality, I don’t see any white guys going sub 10 right now. The current crop can run10.0x’s but can’t seem to break through that. I know this is a pessimistic view but any time a guy breaks 10 seconds he usually has multiple runs below 10.05 and we just haven’t...

Exactly. Diversity has done absolutely nothing good for white people, it has only made our lives worse.

Yeah that is pure stupidity. He is not built like a 400m runner at all. He looks like a football player.

If his focus is on the 400 why is he running all the 100’s and 200’s and only 1 400 so far? Maybe there is a strategy to it?

Is the bridgerweight division still not being recognized by the federations? I checked boxrec and it just shows Lerena’s bought as a normal non title fight, although it was scheduled for 12 rounds. Also, boxrec shows Benavidez as the champ at 175. I thought Bivol had all the major belts now...

    2025 UDFA Thread

This may have been posted already but Tampa Bay signed a UDFA sumo that weighs 464 pounds. I guess if he somehow makes the team he will be the heaviest player in history by quite a bit. On Facebook every single black person is calling him a beast and saying he will dominate the NFL. Black...

    2025 Track Results

Yeah that’s a good result for him at this point. The track wasn’t super fast as ouside the winner it was a tightly packed field all running 10.1’s. He is on par with these other guys and should keep improving. The fact that he consistently gets out fast and runs well at this level is very...

Thanks for the explanation multi. I’m sure many bets have been made throughout the years on stuff like this. I actually like it because it focuses on the athlete improving themselves. If you normally run an 11.5 but are able to run an 11.2 or something like that, you have a shot at winning...

    Miscellaneous Boxing News

I watched Rogava fight live back in June of last year when he fought a really limited club fighter named Jon Bolden. Bolden is the epitome of a club fighter who is at best a local level and Rogava just didn’t look good against him. He looked soft, out of shape and really didn’t seem to press...

    2025 Track Results

I'm novice when it comes to viewing track and field so this type of event may be more common than I think, but it's a weird format. Almost like drag racing works with one car getting to start before the one with the faster "average" time. Good to see that Kennedy got out in front of Gout and...

We Are Living In A Cartoon

Seeing the story unfold of a black kid murdering a white kid at a track meet in broad daylight with many witnesses, being arrested for it and then subsequently having bail reduced from 1 million to 250 thousand so he can be released is just another reminder of what kind of society we are living...

I’ve learned that sprinters are just a shot in the dark. They can peak, regress, stall out or just plain quit and walk away from track at any time. We have no clue what’s going on with them in their personal lives. With that said, I don’t expect anything from a guy like Boling. If he runs...

    Mac McClung

When you search up why McClung is not in the NBA you get a bunch of articles talking about how he's a defensive liability because of his size. If that's the case, then why are there a handful of players in the NBA that are his size or smaller? What do the other guys have that he doesn't? Gee...

We've seen a lot of sprinters peak at a young age and seem to get stuck, but I'm not sure I've seen someone regress quite like Boling. He seems to be getting noticeably slower year by year. Not sure what the best move for him would be at this point, maybe go back to his high school coach LOL.
