That looks to be the case right now and I totally agree. PA itself is full of talented White athletes same with all the other rust belt states. Franklin did poach a White 4 star QB from his PSU recruiting class to take to Va Tech. Safety Matt Sieg is a 4 star safety from PA still committed to PSU.
