If your haveing a bad attack go and splash cold water on your face, your body has a natrual function to slow your breathing and heart rate down, just like if you fall into cold water, but the best thing is to not be scared to have a panic attack!

Boxing is still dirty, but it's better than its ever been today, more oversight by athletic commissions, back in Johnson's day, you had no less than maybe fifty men claiming to be the true heavyweight champion, working in sideshows and teaveling with snake oil salesmen... today we have boxing...
