Do those implementing this excessive security realize it's not a "privilege" to rent a seat in a stadium or arena? Perhaps they do? Is the imposition of "heavy security" a result of legislation or underwriters' fears?

I had the bout a draw or a point for Bute. Pascal sucks. Bute fought gun shy for most of the fight and didn't let his hands go. Bute lost to an inferior fighter because he doesn't have "it" mentally. "It"= self-confidence, assurance in one's abilities.
