In the only article I've seen, Wariner is said to have stopped after 80 meters, complaining of pain in his lower back. I can't imagine confusing lumbar pain for a hamstring pull. Hopefully, it's the back, because he can recover from that more quickly.

More from the Penn Relays. Astonishingly, Shane Crawford (who has never really impressed me) finished with the second highest time out of the 100m heats. A nice achievement, although I think the best runners are in the relays rather than the individual events.
