Awesome job on the power lifting. You have some real good strength there. I mix machine weights with free weights (including kettlebells). In addition, I’ll throw in body weight exercises (free squats, Hindu pushups, etc.). I’ve not deadlifted in years, but may re-add that. Lord willing...
