2025 College Football Bowl Season

Tua has the tribal full sleeve that almost all Poly’s have. Dak Prescott is another that has a full sleeve and many other tattoos (other arm and neck area).
Cartoonish clown Colin ‘Tucan’ Kaepernick had the arm sleeves. Then there are the dark negros, like Lamar Jackson, who have lots of tats that are harder to see.
Regarding White QBs, I think it is extremely rare and virtually impossible find any with a ton of ink. Guys like Rodgers and Mayfield have a few for example.

Thanks for the reply, Freethinker. I had forgotten about Tua and Prescott, but didn't realize all the other blacks. I guess it's hard tell green ink on dark skin?

I brought this up because I remember Cam Newton having to promise Carolina's founder he would not grow his hair long (dread locks) or get tattoo's before he was drafted #1 overall. Also, I wondered why Carson Beck is the first serious White QB prospect sporting significant, notable tattoo's? Noticeable tattoo's are much more prevalent for top White O-line prospects.

This made me wonder, why so few (almost none) "elite" White QB prospects have significant, notable tattoo's? Is it because they fear it will effect their draft stock? Perhaps teams don't want the "face" of their franchise all tatted up? Word spreads quick among the 4 and 5 star QB's that "sleeves" could effect their perception and draft stock in the future? I believe this is quite possible.

Tyson Bagent has a ton, but he went the D-II route. He probably never expected to be in the NFL. I assume Rodgers and Mayfield got their less prominent "tats" after they were drafted.

In fact, I’d wager that most of the black QBs have tats as “it be part of dey cultcha”.

This is why I'd prefer not see White's all tatted up. No reason to emulate "that" culture. Absolutely no reason for it!!! Also for "safety" reasons. Google "tattoo's and dangerous" and one can understand why they might not be a good idea, health wise, long term.

Was trying to watch the SMU vs U of A Bowl Game but it's a snoozer. I feel so bad for Luke Hysong. He had almost 1000 yards a year ago
with New Mexico. He transfers to a bigger school and they have ignorred him most of the time. He has less than 300 yards receiving in
his senior year. So much for his nfl chances now. He has speed but they just don't want to throw to whitey. He shouldn't have transferred.

SEC really getting knocked down in the age of NIL. They end up 1-5 in the non-CFP play off games. Only one SEC team left in the CFB playoff bracket too.

SEC losses in regular bowl games:

Gator Bowl - UVA 13 - Mizzou 7
Texas Bowl - Houston 38 LSU 35
Music City Bowl - Illinois 30 Tennessee 28
Reliaquest Bowl - Iowa 34 Vanderbilt 27
Duke's Mayo Bowl - Wake Forest 43 Miss St 29

SEC losses in CFP
Alabama 34 Oklahoma 24 - SEC vs SEC matchup
Miami 10 Texas A&M 3
Indiana 38 Alabama 3 - Rose Bowl
Ole Miss 39 UGA 34 - SEC vs SEC matchup

SEC wins in bowl games
Citrus Bowl - Texas 41 Michigan 27
Ole Miss 41 - Tulane 10

No denying the results but if you really believe NIL has something to do with the results then you’re really not thinking it through. Bama overachieved. UGA couldn’t beat Sec Ole Misss to twice. UGA would have beaten anyone except Indiana and that’s hard to argue with even by you. Oklahoma couldn’t beat Bama twice.
Bowl losses were by 6,3,2,7,14 but Wake scored with 20 seconds remaining so it was a one score game too.

The Sec was down this year at the qb position. Ebbs and flows of the game are natural. Hate the sec all you want brother but it’s completely dominated college football since 1992. Having said that…I HOPE SOUTHERN TEAMS WILL WAKE UP AND RECRUIT THE BEST OF BOTH RACES LIKE the GOAT, PAUL BEAR BRYANT, did.

The SEC is beyond loaded with financial support from boosters but especially from local, national, and international companies ran by graduates and fans of SEC universities etc etc

Ole Miss vs Miami semifinal tonight
My perspective from all of this Regional talk
This year almost set up like ....i think it's Fun

SOUTH Championship
Ole Miss vs Miami

NORTH Championship
Indiana vs Oregon

SEC & Big 10 pretty even
In my youth the SEC was looking for more respect in the 90's; then (2000's) had a great 20 year run of National Title dominance (arch-rival Nick Saban/ Bama 6 of 12 years?)...it was bound to tilt back toward the>> "Big 10" where they "closed the gap"..and look virtually "EVEN" now

......Not a Fan of these Super Conferences now...SEC 16 Teams ....Big 10 ...Now 18?? teams??

I'm glad Safety Bray Hubbard (Ocean Springs MS) decided to go to Alabama; would have been easy to say ohhh.."he will never play" (it didn't work out for ex Bama/UGA Jake Pope now at UNLV)...But he also didn't have to settle for a mid-major like Middle Tennessee where Reed Blankenship went "Undrafted"
Hubbard should be at least a Day 2 pick in the NFL Draft.....much like SEC WRs Ricky Pearsall late 1st (from AZ) & Ladd McConkey (from GA) met the challenge and now NFL Starters...TE Brock Bowers early 1st (from Cali too)

A few light hearted local chat boards down here are starting to point out LSUs like of ""lack success on Offense"" is due to a "" lack of White's on the O-Line""... a bit surpising . ..but only 1 Whit Started out of 5 which was LSU's WORST O-Line unit of all time!
..........unfortunately Will Campbell & Andrew Whitworth's dont grow on trees down here in LA. Many have to come from larger States like TX or GA

I have grown up just less than 10 miles from Tiger Stadium All my life
Demographics does play a BIG part ....
>>> I live in a "Parish" (county in 49 states) that has MORE Blacks 44-47%? than Whites only 43%...why it's hard for me to wrap my brain around the 13.5% number nationwide; always thought census was under reporting.

.......Per capita as very White a state as Oregon is = not that much difference with say the Blackest state in thew U.S. Mississippi
Some Ducks teams started Zero Whites on D in past

Still EVERY team should have at least 2; 3 White Defensive players even down South ; but that's more n more common as we see with "TEAM PREVIEWS" even up "North or out West" ..there have .been years where Michigan or Penn State D not really much different
.....it brings me great joy to watch a White Defense like IOWA be "ELITE"" prooof to all you can still be Top Notch w that many Whites

Buddy of mine's cousin is actually Miami OC Shannon Dawson

Rooting for Thug U in this game. Not sure there have been many years that I would say that. Hopefully they can stop the runaround backyard football QB on the New Miss Conformists.

This game is gross to watch it’s a coal fest all around. No way I can stomach this game for four quarters

For me it's just rooting for the team with the white QB over the black quarterback.

That Boettcher fellow on Oregon seems to be 9/11th of their defense. I figure being the leading tackler on the always highly-ranked Ducks should get him consideration for being picked on day 3.

That Becker WR is getting some props after the 36 yard TD catch. Glad that Oregon could spot Indiana the 21 point lead. Now we can see the future NFL GOAT Dante Moore bring them back on his way to being the number 1 draft pick! :D

Moore struggles under pressure. Any melanin blind talent evaluator can see the grift with Moore. We've called it every year. The media grasps at straws for the next great black hope.

Mendoza has been disrespected leading up to the game. Frankly, he is playing in a pro style offense, showing accuracy, command and superb arm strength. Might be the best QB prospect since Lawrence.

Looks like your wish is coming true!
Yes it is. So good to see. This is an even more dominant performance than last week against Alabama. So weird to think of Indiana as blowing out all these traditional powers.

They said earlier that the other three teams in the CFP have at least 40 five star recruits each. Indiana has eight. Guess the caste recruiting "experts" don't know what they're talking about!

The one announcers just actually said that Mendoza's mobility was very sneaky. What a joke. What's sneaky about it? The guy is in front of you, so tackle him. How is one guy's running sneaky and another one's isn't? We know why.
