NFL News, Rumors and Musings

On X I spotted a tweet about our old buddy Scam Newton and his complaints about his unexplained poorness affecting his 9 children. Friggin "Idiocracy" was a documentary.
Ah, Idiocracy, the only movie where it was justified that the president was black.

It’s official boys, we have a white pro bowl corner!

There should be two this year, which is insane to say. Moss deserves it.

correct! Moss’ play speaks for itself. the numbers back it up. despite opposing quarterbacks (and the officials) are consistently trying to burn him, yet he’s shutting people down. White Out in full effect.

Played one half of football this season and lost the game but plenty of teams will be interested. No agenda here. It’s past tiresome and past cliche. Just peak retardation goy brain rot.

Any team hiring Brian Flores has to realize that it'll be almost impossible to fire him no matter how poorly he may perform, unless they want a racial discrimination suit filed against them.

Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio reports “various high-level executives” believe Vikings DC Brian Flores will “most likely be a candidate” for a head-coaching job this offseason. His lingering litigation against the NFL for discriminatory hiring practices has not stopped teams from realizing he runs a great defense. Flores interviewed for the Bears head-coaching job last year, and was also requested to interview by the Jets and Jaguars in the carousel. Despite several injuries and a (quarterback-driven) bad offense, Flores’ Vikings enter the final week of the regular season fourth in defensive DVOA.

Are there any other Black Excellence candidates to even interview this cycle? Broncos DC Vance Joseph has run a very good unit. I saw that the Giants may give their former LB Antonio Pierce an interview despite his previous flop in Oakland.

Notre Dame HC Marcus Freeman signed an extension through 2031 that should take him off the market - I'd forgotten *why* he would be so interesting to NFL teams.

Washington DC Joe Whitt Jr, Miami DC Anthony Weaver, and Carolina DC Ejiro Evero are just about all the black coordinators out there.

It would be perfect irony if Art Rooney parted ways with Mike Tomlin, giving the other owners a chance to comply with his namesake rule (and avoid punishment) by interviewing a "realistic" candidate. In that scenario, one might consider Mike Tomlin a real boon to the league. :afro:
