2025 NFL Week 10

If Christian can stay relatively healthy and have three or so more productive seasons he'll make the HoF, the first White RB since John Riggins even though the safest bet will be that no one outside of the alternative media will notice or ask any questions at and leading up to his induction. White men have been all but totally replaced at most positions after previously excelling at them from the sport's beginnings, even after the league became thoroughly integrated, but no one will dare ask any questions. Welcome to the Empire of Lies.
He is clearly one of the generation’s best talents, alongside Henry, but what worries me is his dwindling production as a runner. The 49ers should invest heavily in offensive and defensive lines this off-season. That will help him have another few productive seasons.

I agree, if he has those he will make it. If he posts a second 1000-1000 yard campaign this year he may well make it due to that. But I question the media and league’s animus against white skill players. He needs to leave no doubt about his career.

Steelers v Chargers. No clear preference, Will just enjoy watching Herbert, Rodgers, Watt, Wilson, McConkey, and others tonight.

Does anyone have a tweet or video of Kupp's 67 yard catch, which Weenieworld called "electric." Seattle stopped passing after running up a big lead, so hopefully Kupp will get more targets in games that are more competitive. I'm happy that he was able to have a big play like that after looking like he'd be inactive leading up to the game.

Thanks! That was vintage Kupp, never a speed burner but a very elusive and smart runner after the catch.
Yup! Considering he was banged up all week and not even certain to play until last minute, I'd say he looks great. Definitely still has alot left in the tank when healthy. I just wonder why he was just getting a lack of targets early in the year then. Maybe Darnold locks in on his #1 (really good) receiver too much? Or Cooper was still getting up to speed with his new team? Whatever the reason, I'm hoping he stays healthy and starts putting up better numbers in the 2nd half.

Isaac TeSlaa actually had a reception, his first since Week 5. He now has four catches on the season, a single catch in four different games, two of which were TDs.

Dan Campbell this past week was once again making noises about getting the ball to TeSlaa more. Since it has yet to happen I accepted it as coachspeak bs and that's what it turned out to be. Very irritating that TeSlaa still plays behind career backup Kalif Raymond, who is 31 years old and has 179 total catches in 10 NFL seasons.

The Lions are still a fun team to root for of course. With Jameson Williams' role noticeably reduced this season (likely good for TeSlaa in the long run), Campbell is all in counting on Goff, St. Brown, LaPorta, Gibbs and Montgomery to lead his squad to the promised land.

I'm trying to reserve judgment until I see Dan calling plays for another game or two, I'm trying to be hopeful that he actually starts utilizing him. I mean we traded 3 3rd round picks for the guy iirc, which is frankly absurd for how little we use him

One of my observations from watching the racial dynamics of the league is that coaches are often mindful of the "locker room." When they lose the locker room they're essentially dead men walking.

I think with TeSlaa, you're dealing with a talent with superstar potential, but the Lions already have a star receiver who has established a strong rapport with Goff. Throwing TeSlaa in there in a big way might "screw up the dynamics" and the Lions do seem to get along well and continue to play hard for each other and for Campbell, which means he still has the "locker room" behind him. Campbell might figure he doesn't need TeSlaa this season, that the team should try to get over the hump with the same group of established stars that have gotten close in recent years.

Pure conjecture on my part and you're right that it doesn't make sense to use him so little after aggressively trading up to get him. His time will come, but it might not be until next season or even after that. I'd like to see him replace Williams.

A sad reality these days. The Texans' owner called it when he said that the inmates were running the asylum.

NICE Catch by RB Will Shipley on the sidelines for 1st Down!

Told some CF posters to be patient; only matter of time hes #2 RB once again

Nice grab by Shipley to extend the drive! Just happy to see him involved and not caste away!

Shipley with the second most all-purpose yards so far as the magical QBs haven’t gotten going yet.

Still 0-0 late in the second quarter with 2 premier NFL quarterbacks is embarrassing.
They certainly seem several levels below elite. But according to Joe and Troy, the scoreless first half was "compelling" and the QBs have been held back entirely by brilliant defensive play by both teams. Yeah, sure, that's the ticket.
