2025 Track Results

I've talked about many White South African Sprinters on the track board. Here is another guy to keep a close eye on. His name
is Eckhart Potgieter. He is 23 years of age and just ran a time of 10.14 +0.8! So it's a new personal best. Hope he can continue
to shine similar to Emilie Erasmus and others.

Very nice times by both of these sprinters. I'm excited to see Buffington slowly rounding into form. He still has 2 years of college
left so my hope is the best is yet to come. Blaskowski is a senior so it's now or never unless he attempts to run professional. Would
love to see him give it a try.

Trey Cunningham ran 13.09 to win the men's high hurdles at the Tom Jones track meet.
He beat Grant Holloway and Dylan Beard, all of which is very impressive!

Matthew Boling took 3rd at the Tom Jones Olympic Development 400m. He ran a good time of 44.92.
Trevor Bassitt ran 45.50

In the 400m Invite, Will Floyd won the event with a time of 44.93. Logan Popelka ran 45.59. Ashton Schwartzman 45.97.

Stawell Gift (120metre) semis and finals are on here today. Gout Gout and Lachie Kennedy are on a different planet to most the others in the field - make them look like plodders. Jake Despard and Jack Hale are running well too so could be a great final. The races will show the professionals just how fast our amateurs are

Kalen Walker ran his 10.06 (+1.9) from lane 1 for his first race of the year!!

Came across a vid of Trey Cunningham.

I'm novice when it comes to viewing track and field so this type of event may be more common than I think, but it's a weird format. Almost like drag racing works with one car getting to start before the one with the faster "average" time. Good to see that Kennedy got out in front of Gout and pretty much held him. It shows his speed endurance is improving very nicely.
