I want to start a thread for the tall and incredibly talented freshmen at Georgia starting in 2024. His personal best times of 10.15 and 20.59 are
outstanding. Especially over the 100 and with his height along with his very fast stride turnover ratio I think he could be the next Boling type. So
what better school to go to than the University of Georgia to continue on the accolades that Boling set there. Good luck to Brody. Buffington the next 4 years!

Flying down the track! Great knee lift and incredible stride length.

Buffington is the perfect last name for a “Chad”, alpha male type.

Good luck to the young man.

Isn't that Caryl Smith Gilbert, the one who bumped Boling up to the 400 still the head coach there?

Apparently Georgia is where you go when you want to regress in the 100m and get going on a mediocre 400m career.

Brody Buffington was so much faster in high school. The times are like night and day. HIs coach must be doing great endurance training preparing the kid for marathons in the future. The kid ran 10.15 wind legal in high school Nothing to see here. Move right along. Ignore the big elephant in the room! Two Years in college and nothing but backwards. Horrible coaching!

I have no clue if this lady is actually racist or if she is just incompetent but either way it should be obvious not to go to Georgia after seeing the Boling debacle. It’s Buffingtons fault in the end if his track career fizzles out for making the poor decision. Isn’t he a football player who is doing track as a supplement anyways or am I thinking of someone else?

I believe your thinking about Gatlin Bair who has been on a 2 year Morman Mission since he graduated. He will be enrolled at Oregon
in 2026 and I'm hoping he plays both football along with running track.!
