Thanks Truthteller! That is really good info. It's apparent the NFL is deliberately getting discounts, colluding on not drafting good or better white players versus paying them accordingly via the draft. This of course is under the guise that they (white UDFA's) just aren't quite good enough...

Sorry if I missed it and this has been posted earlier... has anyone documented the % of UDFA signings who are white? Would be an interesting data point to analyze YoY.

I saw Lou Holtz do keynotes on a couple of different occasions. He was well spoken, humorous and had great messaging especially around individual accountability, responsibility. Coach Holtz was very approachable and friendly for those who took the time to speak with him.
