    Henriette Jaeger of Norway wins the women's 400m at the Rome Diamond league in a great time of 49.60. I believe that is the #4 time in the world. She is a little dynamo. Kelly Hodgkinson, the #1 800m runner, came 7th with a PB of 51.14.

    Today in Austria, Karolina Manasova of the Czech Republic set a new national record with a time of 11.01 (0.9w). Rebekka Haase of Germany was 2nd in 11.04, and Isabel Posch was 3rd in a NR of 11.10. On the men's side, Elliot Jones of Great Britain won the men's 100m in 10.09 (-0.3w).
