In this case, Art Stapleton is a true insider. He's been covering the Giants/Rutgers for large, Jersey media outlets for decades. He was recently on (ESPN) The Pat McAfee Show, as the Giants insider. If Art's reporting Kelly has really been impressing a total Caste Cuck like Harbaugh, then take it as a great sign for Jack Kelly.

Kelly was ultra-productive, on field, for B.Y.U. Should've been, at worst, a 3rd round pick. If his name was Jaquiski Kendricks from Lincoln High School, Dallas (Texas) he's a first round pick!!!!

A sixth-round pick coming out of BYU, Kelly is a speedy, aggressive linebacker. He recorded 10 sacks and 13.5 tackles for loss during his last season in college. Kelly excels at blitzing too. A versatile player, Kelly can line on the weak side or on the edge.
