2026 Wimbledon

The GOAT advances to the quarterfinals after defeating Roman Safiullin in four sets. Safiullin is a journeyman type from The Country That Shall Not Be Named.

Djokovic isn't quite as quick as he used to be, but considering that one of his many outstanding qualities was always his cat-like reflexes and quickness, he's still plenty fast at age 39. He's seeded seventh, would be awesome to see him win another Slam title or two before he retires.

I’d love to see him get #25 and then walk away. He can beat Sinner. He can beat Alcaraz. He just hasn’t been able to beat both of them in the same tournament. Regardless, he’s the GOAT

Hard to say who's the greatest,me I'm partial to the old masters Borg,Sampras. Is Djokovic better than Federer, hard to say.

All Czech final on the women’s side. Very impressive for a relatively small Euro country to pull off!

Sinner v Zverev and Noskova v Muchova. USA tennis has regressed to soccer levels. The Euros are just a level above. Fine by me.

Novak is simply incredible.

But one has to wonder with his age, how will he perform after this over 5 hour marathon?

Novak unfortunately lost to Jannik Sinner. Sinner has the potential to break Novak's records though. He's unbelievable. Has won the last six masters 1000 events and all five this year Indian Wells, Miami, Monte Carlo, Madrid and Rome. Signature events, they have the equivalent events in Golf. If he wins all nine masters in a year then it'll be an achievement many felt wasn't possible. He has Canada, Cincinnati before the Us open and Shanghai and Paris end of the year to complete this historic achievement. I like Sinner, comes across as a gentleman same with his rival Carlos Alcaraz.
