Jiri gets clipped in a flukey manner, that reckless style has its downfalls especially against the left hook. Should have just hammered his bum leg more.

Yes a strange loss in the title fight as he backed off and signaled to the referee to stop the fight. You have to wonder if the New Zealand fighter would have been let out of the corner to see the second round if the corner knew the extent of the injury to Ulberg.

Hokit could become the next Tank Abbott with his bird flipping and non PC interviews. He must have been fun for media staff of the various NFL teams he was on the fringes of the roster.

He supposedly is an elite wrestler but made no attempts to take down Blaydes when he was wobbly this could have saved some punishment from Blaydes who normally folds when caught on the button.

Blaydes fought with a ferocity indeed due to Hokit's behaviour at the press conference, if Hokit was nicer it may have been an easier fight, but both men had something more to fight for, Hokit for backing up his talk and Blaydes for not losing to Hokit after all he has said. P.S. Hokit is fighting Derrick Lewis at the White House card. As for Jiri it's unfortunate, I reckon it's likely he will fight the winner of the Jan and Guskov rematch, we will see how his chin holds up then.
 
Hokit backed up all his personalities! Very entertaining fight. At one point Hokit rocked Blaydes with a 7 piece combo. I honestly dunno how he was still standing after that. Black Beast Derek Lewis is next for The Incredible Hok. Only a 2 month turn around.

Jiri pissed that one away..
 
Also Cub Swanson went out swinging a sledgehammer! That was brutal!

Nice win for Paulo! He’s a good follow on X. Funny dude.

Aaron Pico also had a nice performance. Walker and Reyes gave us a snoozer. Good thing Hokit and Blaydes followed it up with fireworks.
