They just can't not grab in the middle the field for everyone to see. Then the TNB on the perp. What a lousy ending to a great game.

I tend to agree the officials called borderline pass interference calls twice but Moss had a similar borderline call and they let that go.

It's wait until next season again for Buffalo...

I wouldn't fire McDermott off of this loss but this has been a strange Black Monday period so who knows what is up or down....

PS there will be a new qb in the SB from the AFC as it will be Nix, Stroud or Maye...
 
Allen had his chances. Not scoring a TD up 1 was the killer. Have to hammer it home there. They gave this one away numerous times and have no one to blame but themselves.
 
how’d Riley Moss look? did the commentators say anything noteworthy regarding either Moss or Bishop?
 
My observations: Sutton was praised by Romo as having a great game with 4 catches for 53 yards and to my eyes three big drops. He was set to join AJ Brown and DK Metcalf as the diva clowns of the playoffs. The Bills win if Cook doesn't stop running on what would have been a TD pass. How many times do we have to see the world's greatest athletes quit on routes? Bo Nix is as fun to watch as Josh Allen. Too bad Allen had to lose again the divisional round. Buffalo looked to get the short end of most of the calls and non-calls but that's why maybe you win home field. Might be time for a coaching change in Buffalo.
 
I agree the calls and refs played too much of a role in the outcome. Not trying to knock Allen much but he decided to target Moss on a few plays and missed that throw to Knox for what would have been a sure TD. The WR position was never correctly addressed by the Bills either. The D-line isn't anything impressive either. That is on Beane and McDermott. Allen will be 30 next season but has shown no glimpses of slowing down so the window for him is still there. He has covered for McDermott for several years now.

Nix was widely mocked and derided during the draft in 2024 due to his age and the Broncos reaching on him. He has so far outperformed every expectation by a wide margin. He was criticized all year as well by many DWFs.

Right, but what kind of play call was that? A hand off to Juice 3 yards in the backfield and trying to pitch to the short side of the field. If you're going to run, then just run a sweep to CMAC to the long side of the field at least giving McCaffrey some room to run!!
 
The Broncos were 14-3 during the regular season. It shouldn't be a surprise they beat the Bills. Every year it's the same with the Bills.

And I pick Seattle to beat the 49ers. But I really want McCaffrey and Purdy to lead their team to a win.
 
That was one of the dumbest PI penalties ever by the SF safety Sigle (sp?).
 
Finally using Cooper Kupp. 3 catches already. Too bad Kupp has had to play second fiddle to the two best young receivers the last couple of years. I think he still has a lot of football left in him.

It doesn’t help that the Seahawks run an offense that REALLY utilizes their no1, JSN is not just a great receiver, the offense is designed around him. You could plug any WR into the hawks offense as a No2 and they wouldn’t see many targets.
 
Darnold throwing darts all over the field. The SF defense wasn't much when healthy but now that it's crippled with injuries like the offense, it'll be a very difficult task for the 49ers to win.

Glad to see Ricky Pearsall is active. Don't know if he's healthy enough to be of much use though. His continuing fragility is one of the big disappointments of the 2025 season.
