Patriots Falcons tonight guys! Disappointed I won't see it as it will be 1.20 in the morning kickoff.

Jones looks to continue his good rookie year up against the Falcons and his connection with Henry is good to see.

Winovich has returned from IR and with Uche going on IR may see some increase in snaps. Patriots slightly whiter with Munson at linebacker aswell albeit on special teams.

Gunner is back as punt and kick returner from concussion thank goodness as Myers might be a good possession reciever but was terrible last week as punt returner.

Andrews joined by Karras on the o line recently aswell since the opening weeks.

I heard the pats signed Nathan Gerry, but I don’t see him on the roster. I guess that must have fallen through..

Paul Worrilow paired with Deion Jones would have been a terrific LB tandem; never really understood why atl just tossed Paul to the scrap heap...

Oh man...Worrilow - one of those names that you forget. Pretty comical that defense went to crap once they gave him the caste treatment.

Small crowd in Atlanta and most of them seem to be cheering for the Patriots.

TD pass by Mac Jones who is really developing fast.

Atlanta's defense blew the coverage there - great by Jones to exploit that for the TD pass.

Look at Jones compared to Hurts and Tagiolova - all played in the same Alabama system - Jones is clearly the best of the three.

Falcons skill position players and defense filled with alot of mediocrity.

This is my first time watching Mac Jones. He looks very good.

I've heard his arm strength criticized but it seems ok to me. I'm not a good judge of arm strength though.

His arm is more than adequate. Peyton Manning didn't have the biggest arm - intelligence, anticipation and accuracy are all over looked traits. Mac Jones appears to have all of those on top of having solid arm strength.

The broadcast had an advertisement for an interview with a rapper called Young Thug, who apparently had 2 number one albums.

The ones who are buying these albums are young whites.

I don't understand it. Young whites admire black criminals.

Once you look into who founded the gangster rap genre it makes since. Clue: Every Single Time.

The only matchup today that I feel undecided about is GB at Minn. I know the Vikes need the win worse but I want GB to host the NFC Championship game at home. I would hate if AZ hosts the Title game, because the "unbiased" refs would feel compelled to give the Cards and their black quarterback the edge on calls. Call me cynical, but the League powers probably hate Rodgers for his anti-Coronapocalypse stance but they know GB is a big draw for ratings. If Minnesota hasn't gotten their act together by now, which they haven't, and don't win a Divisional game at home then they deserve to dwell in mediocrity. I really like Cousins and Thielen but the team as a whole is unimpressive this year. I had high hopes for them and they are by far the biggest disappointment to me.

So Carolina having a lot of success getting CMac to the edge during the first series 3 carries 26 yards only to come back and run him straight up the middle for little or no gain on the second series. Three and out. Makes no sense. As lousy as Cam is, it would also make it easier for him as well to spread the field out.

Great sideline grab by Thielen to get a key first down!

Morgan Fox causing a Washington fumble. McCaffrey plows ahead up the middle for seven yards. CM is strong as an ox. Runs up the middle moving the pile 4 - 5 yards. Then Cam misses a wide open McCaffrey for what would have been a big gain. Another three and out.

The Vikes are pretty likeable. And that’s not easy for me to say…
As long as Packers win I like to see some fine efforts from Cousins, Thielen among others.

Thielen with a good move for a TD.
