I think Wlad would wreck either one of these guys. He has the same number of KO's as Holmes in 19 fewer fights and a 3" height advantage.

Call me a homer, but Wlad wins by KO over either of these two.

The Wlad under Manny easily beats both guys. Under Universum he most likely beats Cooney and most likely beats Holmes, but could get blitzed by Cooney or rope a doped by Holmes.

Is Klitschko's chin still being questioned? I know in his two losses the media jumped on him as being something of a glass jaw.

If Klitschko could beat Holmes he logically should be able to beat Cooney, as Holmes beat him. Though, to be fair, it could be said that Cooney was steered toward fighting Holmes before he was actually ready, experience-wise and psychologically.

It would be nice to see Cooney wallop Lennox Lewis with a nice left hook to the face, just to see Lewis' reaction, or rather, Lewis' unconsciousness.

Klitschko would dominate Holmes. Holnmes big thing was his jab, which would be inneffective against Klitschko.

He would beat Cooney, but Gerry would be a more dangerous opponent due to his harder punches.

Wlad needs more 'body of work' to assess his ability to beat Larry Holmes. Holmes was a great fighter who snatched his victories of out several certain defeats, remember when he was decked by murderous Earnie Shavers and came back and KO'd Shavers or his close win over Ken Norton.

I believe if Wlad consoladates the Heavywieght title and does it impressively, then I will consider Wlad being favored over Holmes. At this point I just don't know.

Regarding Cooney, Wlad would demolish him. Cooney was weak mentally. Once the fight got past six rounds and Wlad was still on his feet, Cooney would panic and tire. Once Wlad would see this, the end would come shortly thereafter.

Holmes is really hyped though. He was good, but Wlad would beat him pretty easily because of the styles matchup. Holmes was beaten twice in a row by Spinks. He barely beat Witherspoon, and won against an aged, out of prime Ken Norton (who still went the distance, a SD win for Holmes). He had a good jab, but Klitschko would beat him more easily than he would Cooney, due to Gerry's power factor and size.
