I've watched much of the NFL preaseason and kept a spreadsheet of the white skill position players (RB & WR). Tuesday 26 Aug is cut day so I'll look to update this list when the 53 man rosters are set. Some of these guys are actually looking good. Please let me know who I'm missing. You'll notice many were undrafted free agents who have to grind their way onto a roster. The scouting/commentator verbiage are classic:
