Tyson is too washed up to give any MMA fighter credit by beating him. All they'd say is, "Well, he beat Tyson NOW, but back in the day..."
Tyson was just arrested again, too.
Besides, MMA is garnering major news attention already without having to resort to such chicanery. HBO is supposed to host a few MMA bouts in the near future. The UFC is going HD by Feb 2007. They were expecting a million PPV buys for UFC 66, which is a number pulled down by only a few major boxing matches. Tyson needs MMA more than MMA needs Tyson. Edited by: White Shogun
