What really got me was how many fans supported this creep when he "retired," as if he was some kind of super-mystic. If a white man had done the same not a single one would have been supportive, just like they all turned on Eric Crouch when he gave up out of frustration that not a single NFL team would give him, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, a shot at quarterback. Do you think Crouch would be performing better than Michael Vick right about now?

Drew Brees is tearing it up again today. I always liked him going back to his outstanding career at Purdue. He is extremely bright, understandsthe offense, and has an accurate arm. Almost all the pundits and fans had him dead and buried (as they often arevery quick to bury white quarterbacks without giving them a chance to develop), but thanks toDrew Breesthe Chargers are the surprise team of the NFL.
 
David Kircus appeared on the field for the Lions today. Roy Williams was out, injured (again) so they must have had to call in Kircus off of the practice squad. late in the fourth quarter QB Harrington heaves an underthrown ball out towards Kircus, Kircus rips it from the DB and sprints 50 yards untouched into the end zone, on the last 10 yards he high steps it into the end zone, lifts the ball to spike, looks at the crowd and taunts them. Highlight reel stuff. You will probably see it on the post game wrap-ups.

I'm not big on hotdogging but that is what Kircus, or any white player, has to do to get noticed. It's all about entertainment.
 
It was great to see Kircus come off the practice squad and make such a big play.


How about Big Ben Roethlisberger?!?! He's the biggest story of the NFL so far this season. Five straight wins as a rookie, including ending the Patriots' 21 game winning streak today. Has there ever been a rookie QB who has started off better? Next week the Steelers play 7-0 Philly.Ben should be getting the mediaattention usually only given to Vick, McNabb, etc. Let's watch how the media plays it this week.
 
Jake Plummer had 499 passing yards today, the ninth most ever in a game. Peyton Manning had 471 yards and 5 TDs! Wow!
 
It was another miserable day for receivers. Brandon Stokley led the way with 2 catches. Pathetic. Though the usually super-accurate Manning did misfire in his direction a few times. I wouldn't be surprised if Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison and others were unhappy with Stokley's success, and the decision was made to get Wayne, Harrison and Dallas Clark more involved and Stokley less.


Drew Bennett was completely shut out and seemson his way to being madethe scapegoat for Tennessee's struggles this year.He should give Bill Schroeder a call as Bill can fill him in on all the details of what that's like. Eddie Berlin had one catch for 4 yards.


Kircus had the nice TD catch, and Tim Dwight caught his first pass of the year, which was one of Drew Brees' five TD passes on the day.


TE Jason Witten of Dallas had another big day -- 9/84/1 -- after going over 100 yards last week. Dallas Clark was 3/88.


Brad Hoover was demoted behind a rookie halfway through the game, and just asin his rookie year when hehad a big game and was quickly made into a fulltime blocking back, his "reign" as the main runnerappears to havecome to an abrupt end.
 
Kirkus's run was the hightlight of my viewing day, for the most part. Of course, the lap-dog suck **** announcers tried to pick apart Kirkus's celebrating after the play, since it was impossible to pick apart his actual play, his performance. Embarrassing. Hoover? Ah, awful. Anyone who doubts that there is a policy of keeping whites away from that spot is blind, brainwashed, or both. It almost has me wondering when they'll go for it all: get rid of white players, who are the "tokens", real and imagined around the league. Oh man, the backlash is coming, and it is going to be awful. Great for us in the long run, but it is going to get worse first.
 
I'm frustrated with the K.C. Chiefs.They had 2 good receivers and Horn was finely getting his chance to
shine and then bam.Your gone,back to the practice squad
for no reason.Even when Chris Horn plays his ass off,
he still gets cut.What a load of crap.
